AH-MAZING!!!! The food is fantastic! And the portions are great. My daughter's kids spaghetti would have been enough for me! The atmosphere is great as was the service! We will most definitely be going back!

Napoli's gets another five star for excellent customer service. It's authenticity. The food was excellent, the aroma, the pizza was definitely like NJ/NY and Naples. Definitely what we're looking for in an Italian eatery. Also, proper use if fresh Basil. Awesome

I have been coming to Napoli's since the early 80's, never had a meal I didn't love, pizza is like a slice of NY, I know lived there. The original owner made great dishes and the family hasn't missed a beat.

Moved here from the Philly (in PA) area three years ago and have been looking for a decent New York style pizza ever since. Finding Napoli's was like finding a slice of pizza heaven. I finally found what I was looking for! Thanks guys!

Hands down the best shrimp 🍤 Alfredo I have had in a long time . I had do carry out cause of time scheduling but it’s well worth the time to dine in . Very creamy and cheesy!

Love the food been going to this restaurant for 15 years or more and I have never been displeased.

Best pizza in Canton OH! I got the XL NY style cheese pizza, it was delicious. I highly recommend.

Great food and great service. Not sure about the service experiences the low-star reviewers are complaining about. Our waitress was very kind and attentive on a busy First Friday night. We did not have a reservation and we warned by the owner that it's best to have one on First Fridays, but we were seated promptly and well taken care of.

It does state directly on the menu that food may take 45 minutes from the time of ordering, so waiting should not be a surprise to anyone. It is definitely worth the wait, though, for delicious, fresh Italian food.

Absolutely loved the food. We took her two grandsons there to have dinner. We forgot to make a reservation. We had forgotten it was first Friday. They seated us immediately helped us. They didn't become upset when our little guy started having a tantrum because he was hungry. Food was served was quickly efficiently and tasted amazing. Definitely one of our favorite spots to eat. I highly recommend this place if you're ever in the Canton area. Live music on First Fridays. Definitely a great experience. Our guy love the live music.

This is by far the best Pizza in the area. I’d go as far as Northeast Ohio. I have found if your order the extra large with pepperoni and extra cheese. This combination is the superior choice. The amount of dough used is perfect. It’s hand tossed and East Coast style thin. The pepperoni is cooked under the cheese giving it that amazing “not over cooked” pepperoni perfection. Plus it traps the greasy goodness till you take that first mouth watering bite. My only complaint I have is that I’ve moved out of delivery range. Really wish they would utilize one of the aftermarket delivery apps. So I could still order this to my house.

Moved out here to Canton Ohio from the greater NY/NJ area and everyone has their own personal favorite pizza style and the places most locals here recommend just didn't hit that mark for me. Then some mentioned trying Napoli's and I almost cried the pizza was wonderful! Me and my family will be regulars for sure, we've found "our" pizza place here! Thanks guys and see you again soon.

You have to go here! Get the Chicago Style pizza if you like pizza! Get Tiramisu if you love dessert! Don't expect anything to taste like the Olive Garden because it's not knock-off Italian food... You're going to experience a friendly, cozy atmosphere if you're dining in. If you're in a hurry though you can take it to go! Call for reservations on the weekends or at least check to see how long the wait is.

First time there This weekend and it was excellent. The cheesy garlic bread is amazing. I had lasagna and my husband had stromboli. We had a large group of 8 and the service was prompt and friendly. Will be coming back for sure!

Ever since I left Baltimore, I've been looking for a good stromboli. I finally found one! This is my first time trying Napoli's, and my wife and I decided to be lazy and do delivery. I'm so glad we did.

When I called, I got some poor girl on her first day. Rather than chancing a mistake in the order, she quickly got help. I am more than happy that she was willing to reach out, and more than willing to wait. Also, thanks to her suggestions on how to order what we wanted, our orders came out exactly what we wanted, rather than dealing with confusion. Kudos to her on her first day for making my experience on the phone a great one!

I'm not sure if it was busy, or the order just took longer to cook because they were so big, but it was around 1 hour and 20 minutes to wait on the delivery. So, if you're going to order from Napoli's for delivery, make sure you plan a little ahead, so it's not later than you would like.

The delivery driver was incredible, as well. He was polite, has great taste in music, and even talked up the food quality when I mentioned it was our first time. I'm sure we'll be seeing him again.

We got one calzone and one stromboli; both custom orders, albeit pretty simple ones. The dough was cooked perfectly, all the way through, without being burnt on the edges. The seasoning on the dough made it absolutely awesome all by itself. The ingredients were fresh, and perfectly proportioned to the amount of dough used.

Overall, the experience was fantastic; from the people to the food. I highly recommend this place, even if they don't deliver to your area. It's worth a short drive for the quality of the entire experience. I know we'll be regulars from here on.

Great Italian place tucked right downtown canton. Right near the art district. Meals don't disappoint! One of my favorites downtown. Never been disapointed. Patio eating options too which is really nice on a rainy or even nice day.

Went there for lunch for the very first time today. I ordered the eggplant parmesan, it was delicious! It came with a side salad, small loaf of bread, big dish of eggplant parmesan, and a HUGE bowl of linguine! I ended up taking 3/4 of the eggplant parmesan & linguine home because I got stuffed. The server was very attentive and friendly, she was great and the food was great. We will be going back for sure! 😋

The food is delicious but that ain't the best part! The best part is the owner, a little old sweet man who greets you, makes sure you are enjoying yourself, and holds conversation with you. I thought that was pretty great. Great service.

Great great pizza! I can't vouche for the atmosphere because I ordered my pizza for pickup. But, in regards to the pizza...it was really good! There really isn't much more to say than that. I highly recommend you trying it out.
