I ordered two cakes For pick up yesterday, only one of them was ready. Because the wrong time got put for pickup on the second cake. However the staff was amazing there was only two of them And the cake decorator stop what he was doing. To get my cake ready for me because I had to go to Albuquerque and couldn't come back at that time. That cake came out so amazing and was very delicious. And everybody loved it. Especially my birthday girl so I want to Say thank you For the two exceptional workers.

This is a good supermarket slash drug store slash alcoholic beverage depot. I come here usually over the Walmart because they have a much better selection of booze. As well as a McDonald’s right outside. It slash a little quicker to check out.

I just want to give a shout out to all of the amazing people at Smith's in Edgewood. From the pharmacy to our buddy Ray at the self-checkout all the cashiers but especially for the people in the bakery in the ladies in the deli they do such a good job keeping those delicious chicken strips, and they're so nice and it's so busy back there so thank you guys thank you for doing such a good job!

Nice store, good selection of groceries and pharmacy type stuff. I asked a member to help me and she was super, super helpful.

The people working the register the bagging were excellent today and both handled my items with care. I don’t know their names but wanted to say they were awesome!

They always take care of us. In this day and age, it's great to have real people to help you out. Always great produce and meat. Pharmacy is top notch.

Thanks for delivery directions. I called and verified directions and were more than happy to provide them.

I enjoy the fact they don't reorganize the store every other week. Its easy to locate items in a logical location and the employees are always helpful.

Just wanted to say, this is our favorite grocery store to shop at. We have been loyal customers since it opened. We appreciate all your hard work during these trying times. Employees are always friendly and helpful. And thank you so much for handing out free masks! You are really setting a good example for our community!

My son and I were at the self checkout today and he accidentally dropped a glass tree ornament and the shatter was spectacular, my son was in shambles, totally embarrassed and distraught....on our way out an employee named Debbie stopped us....she has a little toy in her pocket and few pennies, nickels and dimes, she stopped the line of ever flowing people making their way out behind us and motioned with her finger as to say "just a second" my son took the little toy sticking out of her pocket and grabbed the change she offered from her hand. At that moment he was still crying but when he got to the car he was all smiles and we both smiled all the way home. Thank you Debbie. He will probably remember you for the rest of his life.

Stopped by quickly to get a few things it was very busy but the store is Always clean and they have terrific clearance sales on all most everything from food to cosmetics! Super!!

I forgot my rotisserie chicken, and the person working the self checkout area brought it to me while I was leaving the store. Thanks, you have saved my marriage.

I had an amazing customer service experience with two different employees. Clean store.
Those of you that shop at Smith's know they're an above-average grocery store and Market, and their pricing is well conceived. There are always deals pretty much everywhere.
What I particularly like is asking the deli folks where they put their discounted cheese and meat packages.
That's always a great find!

I have been shopping at Smith's in Edgewood NM since opening. They are the cleanist Smith's I have been in. I used to drive a truck delivering to Smith's and Kroger's all over and they're still the cleanest I've ever seen. The manager is meticulous about cleanliness and stalking the shelves. The produce is fresher than Walmart or anyone around and the meat prices are lower than Walmart hands down. The employees treat me like I'm family with the exception of one. The pharmacist have literally saved my life by letting me know that two of my prescriptions did not mix the doctor should have known but he did not.

The store is always clean and organized! They received a delivery (or multiple deliveries) this morning, so things were a bit cluttered, but still navigational! Their bakery always has fresh items. Purchased donuts & cinnamon rolls, for my family for breakfast this morning!

Great place to shop!! Very friendly management and staff!! They went out of their way to help us. Unlike other stores there way no fear our oppression in their eyes as we talked to them. No “masks nazi’s” running around the store! I enjoyed it! We will be back!!

We recently moved to the Edgewood area, and I am so glad that this Smith's is just down the street! Our family is vegetarian, and I am so impressed with their selection of products.. I used to have to drive to multiple stores to get everything I need, but this Smith's has everything, including my cats' specialty litter (World's Best)! The store was clean, well stocked, and the staff was all super friendly (bonus, there's a Starbucks inside).

I always have a good experience in the meat department. The manager has gone into the back to find items which have sold out or points out items on sale. He has also ordered special items which are hard to find. I like the personal touch that I receive not only from the manager but all the help in the meat department.

Well stocked. Friendly staff. Not busy today!

Always good friendly service. Prices are comparable to Walmart. People are friendly that shop here. Can get my grocery shopping done within about 30 minutes.
