Bacon Jam New Mexico

After experiencing a very disappointing cheeseburger at Sonic, we decided to give this new spot a try. I mean how can you go wrong with bacon in the business name? I have no idea what the “jam” part is about, maybe rock and roll (as the decor suggests). Anyway, my wife got herself a wonderful cheeseburger (big, juicy, fresh bun/toppings). And I got the bacon chile cheese sandwich which was basically a grilled geese with awesome greasy fillings. It was exactly as expected, heart-attackingly good. I also got myself The Defribulator, which is 2 deep fried bacon strips, with heavy gravy..whoa. It was too much for me. But I regret nothing. I enjoyed the onion scoops too. Ok long review done.

This is the best burrito I've had in a long time! The cook is super cool, he'll customize your order the way you want it. Neat little diner, I hope when this Corona thing is over I'll be able to dine in

Finally got to try Bacon Jam. Our new favorite place in Edgewood! Ridiculously good food and the owners seem like really good people. A must try.

I have been here a few times now and it has quickly become my new favorite place for burritos! Not only are absolutley delicious, but the burritos are as big around as my arm! The chili is flavorful and not too hot. The service is top notch. They've always had my food ready when I arrive and are friendly and prompt to deliver it to my window while respecting the appropriate social distancing guidelines.

Great atmosphere, good people, home style cooking. They were fantastic nice polite people who welcomed you immediately. Easy going and nice to talk with. Made you feel like a small town restaurant should like you belonged there. Green chili burger was delicious and fresh with custom made patties. The green chili chicken Phillie was delicious and had a new Mexican touch with Phillie roots. Pattie melt was amazing could taste the homemade patties. There hand made fries were fantastic. Had a custom made dessert that reminded you of grandma's loving cooking. Good job keep up the hard work, the good atmosphere, and the kindness that shows from entrance to exit.

A family member recommended this cafe to us. We wanted to try the Low Carb Taco Burgers. Bacon Jam did not disappoint! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The taco burgers were amazing. We also split a chicken fried steak which was delicious. This is a gr era t place to stop by in Edgewood. Thank you to Bacon Jam!

This little shop is putting out big flavor! This morning I ordered the Big B&G (biscuits and gravy). It came with bacon, country sausage, and ham. Also, two eggs, papas and a huge biscuit. Delicious 😋.
I also ordered the French Toast Plate. If you have never had deep fried French Toast, you are missing out! Try your best to get to Bacon Jam because its worth the stop!

We have tried to figure out what bacon jam was. We drove by many times and finally stopped by and oh my gosh the best food ever. This is going to me and my family's new place to eat even my son loved the food he started eating my fries. Everything is good portion of food and all made right when you order. Staff was amazing. Thank you guys.

Omg the patty melt and the fries are the bomb and the cinnamon roll is the bomb as well!! Recommend both and well worth every bit!!! The girl there was very nice greated me at the door and then gave me time to look over menu for this was my first time then came back out to take my order and she was very nice and polite!! highly recommended for sure

First time here at the Bacon Jam! Excellent service and great breakfast omlet! Owner was kind and accommodating! I would recommend Bacon Jam to anyone looking for a hardy breakfast at a really good price!

My family had a delicious lunch at Bacon Jam! The cook made a green Chile chicken Philly for my husband and a caramel apple french toast masterpiece, family-size for us to share for dessert. I highly recommend stopping in and letting the cook surprise you with an amazing creation!

This lace was clean and the food was really good. The service was as fast as it could be. They were busy. As soon as I got my food I knew why they were busy. This is about a mile off of I-40. If you are traveling this is the hole in the wall that is solid gold that you will tell all your friends about.

Our go-to destination for most all of the events we celebrate ! We stay for days and never feel need to leave premises. They also welcome well behaved "owners" of pets, which for a couple of our visits was a must for us! Turquoise Room excellent.

We love this place! I am super low carb right now (keto), so I was happily eating my croutonless, yummy salad, when the owner informed me that if I tell them that I am low carb when I order, he can accommodate my diet on many of the dishes they make. Total game changer, and I'm so excited that he is willing to go the extra step for customers like me that I'm telling the world to eat here. It really is quite delicious!

Just had the most incredibly fantastic lunch. The taco dinner was fantastic. The roast beef dinner was equally fantastic. Very friendly staff. Received our meals in less than 10 minutes.

They were already closed but were nice enough to let us grab something to drink. The breakfast burrito he described sounded tasty especially @ a reasonable 3
00. This pandemic is killing the mom & pop joints. Let's help them.

Went there for the first time today! I had a breakfast burrito and it was delicious! Great food and great customer service. It was definitely worth the drive from Albuquerque. I will definitely be coming back! Support local!

Love it here. The Albuquerque location closed but this one is worth the short trip to Edgewood. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. Delicious dishes. Plenty of options for non-bacon-lovers, as well!
