TA Truck Service

Nightcrew was very helpful. Service desk listened to our issues and helped processing our payment using EFS. Mechanic took time to explain issues and ran through different options. We pulled up and got service right away.

Not bad. Replaced drive tire in 1 hour. Young supervisor at front desk was very helpful.

Found out I had a bad tie rod and left front steer tire was ate up. Called at 6 pm and they had me in my 7. Got two new steers mounted and took apart the truck. Ordered the parts and had me going by noon the next day. Tony took great care of my rig and acted like it was his own. Even came in early to finish it the next day. Went over all he did and finished it up quickly and efficiently. Great employees there. They will get you on the road as fast as possible. Great experience!

I stopped at this TA to get a set of steer tires as one of mine was wearing poorly. They didn't have the kind I normally use but I actually did not expect them to. I was able to get a set of Michelin XLine's. I got them balanced as well as had a three axle alignment done while I was there. They ran into another issue and was able to handle it fairly quickly. I was very impressed with their le el of care and professionalism. They had what seemed to be a full staff that evening which is rare to find these days at many shops. They also said that their alignment machine was only about 6 months old and was very good. I was extremely happy with their work.

I called ahead and the lady was super friendly, went to get the answer and to verify they had the parts. They scheduled me, called to pull me into the bay and got me out in no time.

The only problem is the lack of chairs... Not their fault, it's the Leebtarded gov "man dates"... But that's another story

Since Covid-19, we have started to dread getting work done anywhere but this TA Truck Service surprised us! Ralph and Brian diagnosed our problem quickly and Ralph got us fixed up and on the road in record time. I’d like to try and time it where we get our PMs done here! Thanks guys! Awesome attitude from every person I've dealt with over the years of visiting TA Truck Stop. I mostly go for the service bay in the back where they allow for free air in the tires (Just leave your ID with the clerk to borrow the air gage and air chuck. Don't forget to pick it up when you are done.). The times where I have gone for service I was met with a smile and knowledgeable responses. They cater to large Tractor and Trailer maintenance, repair, and tires. So not the place for small cars per say. Definitely a big place. Numerous bays, fast turnaround. Great marketplace with many taillights and travel related items specific to trucking needs. Fuel and Diesel is usually fair priced since it is located a few miles from the source pipeline and they have so many local competitors. Restaurants are good for the food. Big bathrooms. Laundry facilities, Showers, & parking can be found on site. Walking distance from hotels, restaurants, fireworks, and Buttercrust pizza 🍕.

I stopped for a steer tire and they found an airbag leak. We have been trying forever to find an air leak! Thank you! And the price for both was quite reasonable.
