I recently traveled from Pennsylvania headed to Arizona over Thanksgiving weekend, when my upper radiator hose came apart from the connector. I was on I-40 west for several hours, with nothing insight. Frank came to help me after he got off work. He connected the hose , New connector and filled me up with coolant at 10 pm at night. He then made sure I got to a rest stop to sleep overnight. The next morning my car was running hot again as I was headed to O'Reilly auto to have Mike the manager look over my car. It turned out to be the thermostat, so Mike installed a new one and it got me back on the road with no problems. I drove to AZ for a couple days, before heading to California to see my mom, whom has been placed in a nursing home. Thank you to everyone at the store for your help. You guys are the best...also thanks to a customer who gave me $100.00 bill to make sure I got to my destination. I am forever grateful to everyone.

I am a Master ASE Technician, and my parents are heading to AZ to see friends and have some issues. I sent them to Orileys to purchase a scanner so I could assess the problem remotely. They said your employees were like Angel's. One of them even crawled under and verified a possible transmission leak. They also gave them directions to a campground. I have older parents and younger kids, and I'm not sure who I worry about more. Thanks to your team, I can help get them back on the road. From one technician 1,000 miles away, I absolutely appreciate your team and your store. Thank you so much!

The check engine light came on in Havana Illinois had to change a coil in the parking lot and the locals made it a very pleasant experience. I then made it to Albuquerque New Mexico and had to change some vacuum parts and met a very adorable young lady I helped change her alternator in the parking lot. The borrowed tools and parking lot that O'Reilly's lets you use definitely helped. I just wish I would have got the young lady's name.

Thank you to the entire team [ Jesus, Steven, Carlos, Renee, Austin, Jonathan, Matt, Wayne ] for letting us take up space in your parking lot to do an engine swap in the ‘61 Chevy Camper. Had a bad experience at Autozone, went across the street to O’Reilly’s. Michael waited on me and helped me to get a battery and the rest of the parts I needed. He was awesome and helped carry my parts out to my truck. O’Reilly’s will be my first stop from now on

Great customer service they let us borrow a tool and replace the pulley on site

Very helpful and when parts I needed weren't in stock had them in by the next morning. When I needed 2 of the same gaskets only one could be there the next day and Monday was a holiday and it was gonna be Wednesday before one of them came in, the gentleman found the same part in a different place and actually had one in stock. They go out of their way and work hard to make customers life easier and are pleasant while doing so.

I was out by a gentleman named Austin he was a very nice guy and every time I go in there he helps me I try to ask for him but they always do a great job there they're always on top of and if they don't have the part that got me it within a couple hours or by the next day no later and they'll call me when it's in there doing a great job keep it up

They have always had the parts I need in stock or will get it for me usually the same day.

Purchased wipers at another location for daughter's car without the car. Needed help to install so went to Edgewood location near daughter's work. The man who assisted was extra nice, pleasant and helpful. Never asked me to verify where I purchased. Observed him providing great service to others as well.

Had my car break down. I made it to the O'Reilly in Edgewood NM. They were awesome. My husband purchased the part we needed and repaired our car in their parking lot.

Came outside my Hotel this morning to find a leak on the truck couldn't find a mechanic shop open on a Sunday so I looked under the hood to find out the hose was leaking radiator fluid in two places (Jesus) the manager was able to help get this part off for me without his knowledge i'd still be sitting at my hotel waiting for the mechanic shop to open up on a Monday.Thank you Jesus!

The customer service from Jesus on Thanksgiving day was outstanding! This guy deserves a raise and a promotion. I was a damsel in distress and he was my knight in shining armor. Well done.

Me and my family had car trouble when on vacation in New Mexico came to this location for help and got so much more than any other parts store would have provided the part I needed had to be ordered in so we were stuck in a town we knew nobody in and our air b and b was 45 mins away Joseph who works here gave us a ride back to our cabin out of sheer kindness thank you again sir this is definitely not a work requirement our part came in the next morning right on time they loaned me the tools to put it on and we was back on the road if you need anything auto related stop at this location the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable dont know what I would have done without this help

Awesome Auto parts personnel working there. I have had a few difficult parts finding missions. The people were very helpful and they got what I needed. A U joint that was a conversion. Also had a power steering pump issue and I didn't know what year it was from. But they were very helpful and I got what I needed. Thanks for a awesome job 👍

Had a issue with my truck. Kept dying out. Took it to O Reillys Had them hook up a code reader and we learned that it is a oxygen sensor. I needed two they had one ordered the other
I should be good to go by tomorrow afternoon 👍😎

I love going here! As a woman who does her own repairs they don't belittle me, or acct like I don't know what I need. There have been a couple times when I didn't know the name of a certain part, just brought it with me, and they helped me figure out exactly what I needed!! Awesome staff! On a family road trip across the country when my vehicle broke down. Came into the store needing very specific parts Justin and Patrick helped us with everything I needed and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make we we're taken care of. It was also extremely hot and they made sure my wife and kid's stayed cool and kept offering help. Absolutely one of the best O'Reilly's I've been too! A+ Service!!!
