Once my husband and I decided to jump into the Bay Area real estate market, we knew that we needed someone that we clicked with. We met Dave at an open house that he was hosting in San Carlos and hit it off with him immediately! We described our interests/type of home we desired, as well as budget, cities, neighborhoods, etc. By the next day, Dave set up our MLS portal with our search criteria and set up a follow-up appointment with him and his wife/team member Sara.

Once we were pre-approved for a mortgage, Dave & Sara showed us numerous homes along the Peninsula and within one day, Dave & Sara had a strong idea of our likes and dislikes. As a result, we saved time, and did not miss out on fast-moving properties. When it came time to write an offer, we insisted on including contingencies (inspection, termite, appraisal) to help protect ourselves from any big surprises. Dave and Sara ensured that these contingencies were incorporated into our offer and despite the competition, non-contingent offers, cash buyers, and bidding wars, Dave and Sara got our one and only offer accepted! Escrow closed in 21 days!

Throughout the entire process, Dave and Sara were there for us, answering any questions we had, alleviating any concerns we had, and making sure that our deal proceeded smoothly. Dave and Sara complement each other quite well; Dave brings years of remodel/design experience to the table and pairs it up nicely with Sara's contract expertise. It was imperative that we worked with agents that understood our needs. They both took the time to get to know us and truly helped us find the perfect home. They went above and beyond at every point in the home buying process. They gave us clear information and helped us navigate the insane amount of deadlines. They even went to the waste water treatment plant to get a sewer lateral certificate (which the seller should have done) to help us get through the finish line with a difficult lender.
