This place is a hidden gem. I was welcome with a warm and friendly staff. I found all of my favorite supplements and skin care; they carry everything I’m looking for more than just medication – they offer vitamins shots and supplements with good quality! Their B-complex injection was a breeze, expertly administered with a gentle touch.
The interior is a masterpiece of aesthetics, making it a delightful place to browse. In addition they have free delivery services! Convenience and care, all in one package, which I really loved about it… :)
I’ll be returning for prescriptions and OTC products, highly recommended.

This pharmacy is amazing! The staff treats you like family, they offer convenient delivery services, and they proactively handle my monthly medication refills. I appreciate that they even contact my doctor when I need a prescription refill. I highly recommend this pharmacy

This is by far my favorite pharmacy in Santa Monica. Their service is great and what sets them apart from places like CVS and RiteAid is the personal attention you receive. Sara and her staff care for your well-being and that's invaluable.

I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens to Tri Tech RX around six months ago, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Sarah and her staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable; they make you feel like family, not just a customer. Their service is personal, fast, and efficient—gone are the days of waiting endlessly for prescriptions to be filled and then waiting in long lines to pick them up. Plus, at Tri Tech, they work proactively with my healthcare provider, which has taken a significant burden off my shoulders. It’s clear that this pharmacy prioritizes customer care above everything else. Supporting this small, privately owned business has been a rewarding decision. I can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend this pharmacy!! It is under new management now and they just had their grand opening. Very friendly staff and warm welcoming to the store. Got some high quality vitamins and supplements and ended up getting B-complex injection. She did a great job and it all went smoothly. I really liked their beautiful decorations inside too. I will come back for my future prescription and OTC products since they have free delivery services as well.

I recently transferred all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy after having a terrible experience at another one. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was this pharmacy able to match or beat the prices of my previous pharmacy, but the level of service and attention to detail was unlike anything I've ever experienced. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure all of my medications were in order. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a unique and personalized experience.

Stopped by Tri Tech Rx while walking through Santa Monica. A beautiful aroma drew me in and made me feel so calm and relaxed. Everyone who works here is so nice and welcoming!! They have a great variety of health products for reasonable prices, and they threw in some free samples. Stop by if you’re in the area; you won’t regret it!

Recently visited this pharmacy while I was in the neighborhood and looks like it has new ownership what a breath of fresh air. they got me hooked. So cool story: I had my prescriptions transferred here and as I was waiting they offered facial rejuvenation services I basically had a chemical peel called the derma peel done by a professional in a separate room within the pharmacy which is like wow!. How convenient, I'm big into skincare so that was something new I haven't seen in a pharmacy before. It takes the saying " best customer service " to a whole new level so I was pleasantly surprised. I now look forward to next months refills lol.

They do offer shipping but now I want to come in person for my next facial haha. so awesome! already referred them to friends and family they are definitely worth visiting & transferring scripts, cause I also got a discount on over the counter products when I transferred over to them.

This place is so different than the big box pharmacies. Lots of personal services and great helpful staff !

This pharmacy is a hidden Gem. The staff is very helpful and get straight to the point. Their Valerian Root Extract was recommended by my close friend. Love it ! It improved my sleep tremendously. I highly recommend this !
