When I called the front desk and asked them for a quote, they were very responsive and helpful. The lady on the phone was polite and cheerful, which made my day. All in all, SGL Insurance Services is a great company that more people should appreciate.

Ajit has been my insurance agent for years and I always thought of him as a great agent...today he proved it. I helped my mother in law buy a car on a Saturday afternoon, the deal went through at 6:45pm...ON A SATURDAY. This was her first car in her name and never had insurance. I called Ajit on Saturday as soon as the deal was 100% approved, he answered the phone instantly, asked me a few questions and in minutes she had her insurance card in her email. Thanks Ajit, you are awesome!

Tried to get a quote a few months ago, no agents were there or available all times I called. Person on the phone was rude. And never got a call back from anyone...
