AT&T Store

This location, key word, LOCATION, is by far one of the best. The people are patient and very joyful. The Employee who helped me, April, was very patient with me when trying to understand the info she was telling me. As well as set up and conclude my visit after much help without any issues. Wonderful AT&T Location!

April did a great job in answering our questions and offering the best options to upgrade my husbands phone. No pressure.

Manny was great help. Welcomed me in and helped me out as soon as I walked through the door. He explained everything and presented options as he was helping me with an upgrade. The entire process went smoothly and quickly. Great customer service!

This is the only store I go to. The customer service from Leonard and Manny is first class. They helped me set-up my kids phone, and also another time helped me diagnose a problem. Plus the vibe in there is super chill.

Manny was very professional and helpful. He got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time with my new iPhone, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this store.

Went to this AT&T store on Las Posas to transfer phone numbers between accounts, set up a new family plan, delete/create new apple IDs, upgrade phones & get accessories. It was not straight forward and Leonard and his team were constantly super patient, knowledgeable and friendly over each visit it took to complete all these steps. Would definitely come back for their help again.

My husband and I went to AT&T in Las Posas San Marcos Ca store. We were assisted by Leonard, the manager. The service was great. Polite and professional. Answered all our questions. Service was quick. I recommend AT&T in Las Posas . We had been a customer since 2008. Thanks AT&T!

Had a great experience at this location. I did an upgrade and came back to trade my old phone in. During both times, Denise helped me out and I can’t help but be impressed by her thoroughness and genuine care. She made both experiences extremely easy!

Leonard is the best!!! Beyond grateful for running into him at the AT&T store. He’s been very helpful ever since i met him. He took care of my wireless plan and internet. He addressed every concern and answered all of my questions (even when i asked the same question twice). He walked me thru the whole process and made sure i am 100% satisfied with my options. This location hands down has the best customer service around North County San Diego. Markus sold me a new phone and he walked me thru everything to make sure he answered every question. Had to get my phone delivered due to it being a bigger size and went to a different location in Oceanside to try and get it activated. The Oceanside location couldn't get it activated and also spent over an hour trying to put on a screen protector and then blamed the new phone being curved. Went back to San Marcos to see Markus and he was able to get it done in two minutes. Short story he has great customer service and goes over and beyond to get it done. If you need a new phone make sure you ask for him

Leonard and the rest of the staff were really friendly, helpful, and time efficient. He answered all our questions and helped solve the issue we had with our phones. Highly recommend this spot if anyone needs help or looking to switch to at&t.

Amanda from the San Marcos location was amazing. I made a last minute decision to update my phone and she made the process so smooth and easy. I had my baby with me and she was so helpful making things easier on me. Everything was so personal as well. She showed me all the good promo to make sure I was getting the best deals. She also did an amazing job at recommending additional products for my new phone that I ended up purchasing (phone case, screen protector, charger). On top of being amazing she was also extremely mindful of COVID guidelines and making sure I felt safe and comfortable with everything. Thank you so much Amanda (:

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My wife and I experienced outstanding service at this store. Switching from older phones and service plan to new phones and new plan required much explanation and patience on the part of Denise and store manager Richard. Denise showed why the new phone capabilities and new plan option would save us money and provide better service. In setting it all up, AT&T's system malfunctioned multiple times, a rarity according to them. Richard, worked multiple attempts until he thought up a "way around method" which got everything working again. Both Richard and Denise's many years of experience was evident. During this whole time they both juggled a busy time in the store with many other customers. Patience was necessary by everyone in the store and it worked. We have been AT&T customers for 45 years because of these type of experiences. Big thanks to them both!

We've had an excellent experience at this location thanks to the help from Marcelle. It was our first time in an AT&T store and needed help setting up internet for our new home (we had just moved to CA). Marcelle was excited for us and welcomed us to CA and helped us right away. She was more than confident and knowledgeable in giving us information and answering all of our questions. She was also very patient and thorough in explaining and communicating details for us. I was also curious about the process of possibly making the switch from Verizon to AT&T. She was quick in providing all of the information and calculating everything for us so that there wouldn't be any surprises if we'd decided to make the switch. Her customer service was so good that we were HOPING she'd be there when we went back a few days later to make the switch! There was so much that went into the process, but Marcelle took the lead all the way through. We are very happy with our new phones and excited to join AT&T. Hey corporate people, please make sure your employees like Marcelle get well taken care of! Energetic, confident, personable, FUN sales people like her are who brings in new customers and maintains the loyal customers! First time experience is everything, and Marcelle made it great for us. Elliott was amazing he helped me resolve a Service suspension problem with my insurance. He was calm and courteous and very helpful. Thank you so very much for being here during this time of crisis it really means a lot that I can come to a store and know that I’m going to receive the help that I need. You rock!!!!

Had some issues with a new iPhone I bought and Francisco went above and beyond in helping us and was patient with all of our questions. He even took the time to put our screen protectors on and did a great job. Great service and excellent customer care.

Great experience overall Raul was the rep who helped me pick out the phone that was right for me at a right price. He went above and beyond answering all my thoughts and concerns I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who visits who needs quality service and good customer experience not only that I will hundred percent recommend 👌 👍 😀
