My husband and I have been shopping around for a vehicle for me for awhile now, and we stumbled upon ideal cars. They have a pre-qualification thru capital one linked under each vehicle on their website, and multiple locations. Ended up at the east mesa location, and had Matt help us get into our new car! The process was super quick and painless, and the down payment was pretty low as well. I highly recommend checking them out, and after hearing how well my experience went, a friend of mine also went over and saw Matt, who got her into a new car as well, right away!

I found the exact car I was looking for at Ideal Cars. When I stopped into the dealership in east Mesa to test drive the Mazda I was interested in I met with Matt F. the salesperson who was friendly and attentive and made the purchase process quick and easy. I love this dealership. James hunter and demarea helped me out so much with working with me and getting me a new car with low miles!!! I am very grateful that they helped me too. Also? They fix the parts before you drive off with it. The battery needed to be changed and they changed it right there and these two guys will go out of their way to help you and make sure you can afford it and make sure you are happy. This place is amazing. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. THE BEST THING is that they allowed me to test drive it by myself and even take it to a mechanic to have it fully inspected before buying. This was by far the best thing about the dealership, especially because pep boys is right down the road for inspection. MOST DEALERSHIPS don’t allow you to have it inspected but there you go, avoid lemons by having it inspected. Demarea was VERY HELPFUL. We were able to negotiate the out the door price before going there, and really the fees are very minimal compared to most dealerships. Demarea and James Hunter are willing to work with you and your budget. Plus, I believe that their prices are below the average price. DOUBLE WIN. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great service! It was my first time buying a car and they were absolutely amazing and patient with me.

I came into the store and I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. Brian was really great at explaining exactly what I was buying and what was included with the vehicle. He wasn’t pushy or just all about selling me the car and moving me out. I highly recommend this location and company in general.

Dave was great. We had a couple issues with the car we wanted to buy ,the stereo didn't work, no key to the trunk. He got It fixed got us a new stereo without trying to charge us extra unlike the one in aj. They were going to charge us 300 extra for a airbag. When we had another issue after buying the car Dave helped us get a appointment with their mechanic. If you shop ideal cars go to this one. They will make sure you get what you want.

I went to buy my first ever car from here. They were very helpful and understanding. The car I looked At was exceptionally clean and maintained. Bryan was such a nice help. 10/10 recommend!
