Yes, this location specifically is 10 times what it used to be inside and out. The women helping me were very professional and helpful in assuring my product worked and I knew the basics about it. The Cashier, Great Hair up sold me on some chocolates and was very pleasant to talk to. Now that this location is Cleaned up and Well Maintained by Professional Workers, I will be back and start going to this location from here on out. Thank you ladies.

Our associate Delique was amazing. As a 50+ woman I don’t always feel comfortable in this setting it she really helped my husband and I and she was knowledgeable and direct. Respect! I will always use your store as she made the experience pleasant and not awkward! Give her a raise and a bonus!

The gal working was SO helpful! My boyfriend has been feeling down and so I went in to get some things to help him feel better. 😉😏 I found everything I was looking for and more.

The lady that helped us in buying the right toys and lube was amazing!! The wife was a little nervous about going into the store but was amazed at how big and clean and safe she felt!! She said she would have no problem shopping there by herself!!

Place is clean. Staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. Their eager and willing to help and answer any questions you might have, from lubes to toys to suggestions on what they like or prefer based off their experience. There is No Shame in Their Game! when it comes to answering customer questions.

Best store Ever this Is one of my very favorite shops to Shop at along with the Groove shop They have lots of Varieties of products to choose from from Lingerie to Sex toys love the displays that they have the Staff were very friendly and welcoming very clean inside and everything was in stock that we were looking for my family and I went today to shop for Valentines day we love it here prices were very reasonable to shop and the staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful Fiona was the best cashier and helper I give this place a five star we'll definitely come back again to shop here at Castles one of our very favorite stores Here In Mesa Arizona 😁😍😍❤❤

Great store - the selection is bar none; SO much better than Castle Megastores around the Seattle area! I was blown away and spent the better part of 2 hours (and the better part of $600 bucks 😁) in there. Third sex shop I've been locally and it put them to shame!

I always have good customer service here friendly staff and very helpful. Oh there was a lady there she in a blue robe in front of me and the cashier was calling out. NEXTPLEASE! I noticed that didn't hear her or commented to her cell phone. "I was like excuse me Miss", she was like thank for not saying Ma'am. "I was like I know better she laughed and smile. That made my day!!!

The lady that helped me was super nice and helped me even pick which outfit to buy. And it was closer to the time they were supposed to close also. And she still made me feel like a welcomed customer.

Every time i come the staff is nice, and very helpful. They are definitely comfortable and offer any suggestions when needed. They all seem to be pretty knowledgeable in the products they sell. The store is clean. Worth the drive if your not close.
