She explained very clearly the possible outcomes for what I was thinking I was wanting to do with my hair, and then pulled up pictures to show me what different options might look like. We were able to have more clear communication, and in turn I was able to get a haircut and color that I feel good in!

I am a very meticulous person when it comes to my hair color. I went to Dallas with a bunch of pictures from Pinterest of what I wanted. It was very complicated to explain and Dallas managed to do exactly what I was picturing in my head. She's absolutely wonderful and explained with great detail everything she was going to do to achieve the look I was going for. It turned out amazing, I love it so much!
