Excellent service! Scheduled only for an oil change and they were able to add on extra services and still completed before the end of the day. Great communication with me about what I needed to have done and what I can wait on to help save me some money. Highly recommend Trinity's Quality Auto Care in Turner.

I was happy with the service and communication regarding my car and pricing. It might be a little bit high and my car was kept overnight and a little too long into the next day, but I'm pleased with the work and will most likely return again in the future. The staff are friendly and they do a courtesy inspection and call you to see what you want/don't want to do before performing any work.

Best car service I've ever had. They shuttled me to my home while I was remote working and picked me up, provided pictures of my car parts to document their work and signed me up with Carfax. I'll recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have never been treated so well by a car repair company. The gentlemen who helped me made me feel like family. My vehicle runs so much better now and they also let me know of upcoming issues for my safety. They truly care about people, not just money. I will never go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. As I mentioned on Yelp, I have been very reluctant about mechanic shops because they always seem to want to slip in hidden costs. Trinity’s however, was transparent from day one. Once I received my vehicle diagnostics (with pictures), I received a phone call and discussed my options. They were amazing to deal with. They had our van in and out in a day and a half.. FIXED! The Kia dealership however said that they couldn’t get up in for simple diagnostics for over 3 weeks! I plan on using Trinity’s Quality Auto in the very near future for some brake work that we need. Because the experience has been so good, I will be a returning customer for life! I can’t recommend this place enough! Great service, great prices, great people and TOTAL TRANSPARENCY!

After dealer said I needed new brakes I went to Trinity to have then inspect and to do the work. Thorough inspection revealed plenty of time left on braks,no need to replacement at this stage. Thank you Trinity!

I’ve been working with Billy since day one and he’s been great! They have been dealing with my warranty company for almost 2 months now which I am super thankful for. They have also advocated for me that the warranty company do the right thing. There’s not many businesses that will take the time and do the leg work but these guys have and I am super thankful. I will be bringing my vehicles to this location from now on. Hopefully they won’t have to deal with the warranty company again haha. Thank yall again for all your hard work! Trinity's is a gem of which I will never let go. Even though we are moving just down the street from them in Keizer to across town in South Salem, we will stay with them. I had moved from out of state last May and was way overdue on maintenance. I requested a full diagnostic. I got a very thorough report, color coded for good, ok, needs attention. They didn't pressure me on doing anything. They let me select what I wanted done. Very satisfied.

These guys are great. Look, I never really leave reviews. But these days, reviews make or break a business. Trinity's is the best independent auto shop I know of. If you want the CHEAPEST, you could go somewhere else. But if you want the BEST go here. The quality of care you get is worth it.

Had them do a used car Pre Purchase Inspection on a vehicle I was looking at buying. They were able to get me in next day and did a thorough job. Emailed over the full report in a couple hours and went over all the details with me. Listened to my plans for the vehicle and made a recommendation.
