I bought a light bulb from here today and it doesn’t work I didn’t drop it or anything I simply took it out of the box and I tested it on two different light bulb spots and it didn’t work but I love the store

So I've been a Spencer's customer since they opened-- this particular store, I'm hopeful that the newness wears off or whatever it is that's holding this team from doing what it needs to, and becomes the store we all hope it will be- there was a LOT of "we don't want it here" as it was going in and I don't want people to be proved right on this one... I want there to be a Hot Topic added and maybe a bead store...? Idk but Keizer station has the potential it needs to be successful.... let's hope this pandemic garbage is behind us and we are on the mend

The employees were to distracted talking to each other. For 3 customers in the store I expected them to be more engaging. Nice store. Customer service needs work.

An employee working in a see through…strips of fabric, for lack of a better name for this….top? It had a sleeve. And after spending more than 15 minutes being “next in line” to check out (some coupon issue with the customer in front of me), I left without completing my purchase. One register closed & 3 employees standing around. What should I expect? It’s Spencer’s.

First of all, update your times online.
Second, don't tell your customers your jewelry is surgical steel. Surgical steel should not burn when it's in like fake metals do. Which it did.

Me and my boyfriend went to get pick up orders righter after work and the hours sat closed at 9 but for the two days we went every time we go they are closed so update your hours
