She was really polite, patient and friendly. She took the time to help me with my shopping list as I don't know this store well. I loved that she had a smile on her face and did not get frustrated with me and that she did not brushed me off because it was the holiday rush. Thank you Evelyn for being so kind! !!

Usually busy in the weekends, but the store has a good collection of almost all things you would expect from target

I switched cell phone carriers from ATT to Consumers Cellular, I had an iPhone and an Android. The technician associate was very knowledgeable and professional. I am saving $40 a month now. I highly recommend Target.

I really enjoy shopping at this Target. The associates are always friendly and the store is very clean. The associate at the return counter was very helpful especially when I had the wrong receipt. She was able to find it in my purchase history with my redcard. Love this place ❤

Went to purchase a specific item on Christmas Eve and one of the employees was able to find it in the back. Another employee was then able to help us price match it to the price we found in the target app!

The customer service representative was very patient in working with my cat and jack return. I had taken my return to the Lancaster target previously and they refused to honor this policy. I shop a variety of brands for my son's clothes at target and it's nice to have the cat and jack return policy for some items.

It would be nice if Target cleaned up the gondolas where after Christmas items are sold.

This Target location is always kept clean and is a safe location for my son and I to shop without too much worry. We live in Salem but travel the extra miles to go to the Keizer location.
We are always offered a sticker at checkout and my son loves it. Target employees have been helpful & kind. We've always appreciated our experience here.

Target is a good store that keeps there stores up to date and looking great. Their policy of giving you 5% off your purchase if you use their credit card is wonderful. Wish it was in South Salem. Both stores a a bit out of the way but worth it.

This is specifically for the unbelievable experience that I had at your store today because of your associate Kimberly, who was stationed at the self-checkout area. A friendly smile, kind words and genuine sincerity were the tools Kimberly brought to work today. It not only made my day in an instant but it redeemed this Target store in my eyes, which for a very long time now has been a place that I have absolutely despised, precisely due to the abysmal customer service! The only reason that I still set foot in this place is because I have been a long-time loyal customer and because they carry a lot of products that I would otherwise have to drive across town to find. Even today as I entered the parking lot, I dreaded having to enter that store, certain that I would leave sad and empty-handed. Luckily the store had exactly what I needed and I was able to make my purchases with very little stress and was starting to walk out when she graced me unexpectedly with her presence (she is small and sneaky lol). It touched me so deeply that I turned around and walked back into the store just to speak to her about it. Kimberly is no ordinary person, and she must be recognized. I told her exactly what I will tell you now, that it had been AT LEAST an entire year since a single person in that building has even so much as acknowledged my existence. I told her that it drives me crazy to come into this store because it is SO bad! Seriously the worst customer service that I have seen anywhere in a long, long time. The employees don't even look at you, let alone say a simple "Hello," or "Have a good day!" You never see a manager, I couldn't even tell you what they look like. If a shelf is empty, good luck! You'll never find anyone to help you...
I very much hope that this Target is on the up-swing and that some of these issues can be corrected going forward. As I said before, she has restored my faith in your store and I genuinely would appreciate some sort of response from somebody at the store level or in corporate who might have the power to officially commend this incredible young lady for the outstanding service that she provided me today and that I am certain she is providing to your other customers as well.
I cannot stress more that Kimberly should be uplifted to a position where she has the freedom to lead by example, to inspire others around her to just try that tiny little bit harder; to make a difference in their workplace and for the community around them.
Thank you for reading, and if anyone reads this, please thank her again for me. It may seem petty and silly, but not for me. I have always loved Target and I have spent a lot of money here, so these issues have been a point of serious contention for far too long.

Came in to pickup Harry’s eye brightening cream for my husband. The men’s table here is so neatly set up :)

I thought it opened earlier but this store opens at 8a.m. I was doordashing close by and had finished my shift. I like browsing at this particular store.. they often have sales the other Salem Store doesn't. Oh well. Maybe next time!

for the first time in 10 years your bathrooms and all other retailers i have visited the last 2 weeks were super, super CLEAN. The employees are usually nice but everyone is so much more kinder and patient, during this time of feeling isolated. :)

This store is very clean and easy to maneuver around. There are always plenty of employees to help you and the cashiers have always been very friendly. The only thing I wish they had was more carts that seat two children as there are hardly ever any available when I go.

I went in to buy some books and legos (treating myself), and the employee at self check out, Lisa, was incredibly helpful! She made sure all the discounts were added, and even did a price match to save us more money! She even reminded me that there is no shame in treating yourself— such a wholesome thing. I don’t even live in Keizer, but now I’m debating of driving the 2hrs just for this target.

I was having trouble with my phone and couldn't get a bar code to come up( I was buying a new charging cord) . the ladies helped me and got me a 5.00 gift card that was part of my purchase. they went above and beyond to be of help. I so appreciate it after driving over 40 miles to shop at the closest Target.
