Ahearn Realty hired us to plow a new condo development in Assonet. Prices were quoted and agreed upon. The last bill of the snow season Ahearn realty decided not to pay. No explanation, no dissatisfaction of services, no contact. Owen has been contacted many times regarding payment and when he does answer the phone, he quickly tells us to send an email with the invoice and he will pay it. The rest of the time, he does not answer phone calls, voicemails, or emails. The condo development pays Ahearn realty for these bills and Ahearn realty is supposed to pay the contractor. It is in very poor taste to accept the money from the people and their HOA and keep it for themselves. This invoice is over $500 and a year old. It is truly a shame that one small business would scam another.
