I’ve been a patient of sonja Schaffer for a little over a year. Never in my life have I been treated with such care and respect. I just got married and I told my partner to switch over to them as well. Best care I could ever get.

I have been a patient of Heather's for a little over a year now and she is amazing. I am sad to hear of her last day being today. I know that she is going into teaching and wish her the very best. The staff is great and hope I can find someone just as amazing as she is.

For the last 6 years I have been struggling to get proper OB care for a pre-existing condition. It was not until this office and Dr. Huang that I was listened to and treated. From the front desk staff to the phlebotomist, I feel truly cared for here for the first time in a while.

I get excellent care and service here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I always have a good experience with all of the doctor's in the office. I would highly recommend this place for care to anyone.

They are flexible with scheduling, very understanding with women's health, and also helped me arrange continuing care for my children.

I love this place and I love my nurse practioner! Very caring and actually tells me tests results! I'm so happy I'm a St.Vincent patient!

This place was wonderful when I started going here and quickly went down hill. None of the doctors seem to stay. I got bounced around a lot and when it was time to get a new pcp they were not excepting new patients. They did not seem to care about the patients that had currently been there. Office people on the phone were very rude and not helpful. I’ll be going somewhere else….

4 months and half waiting for this clinic to release my kids record. I went twice in perso. They dragging the process while my daughter needs medical attention!!! I am beyond upset

This office is the worst. Due to an insurance change I had to get a new PCP and I landed with an NP here. He left and then another NP who took over for me left shortly after as well. Now I am transitioning to a new PCP in a different doctors office and this one is refusing to refill my rescue inhaler even though I can't see my new PCP until December. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never recommend this office to anyone.

I took off work to go to this appointment that I’d waited three months for. I was going in for chronic pain and I was excited to get help. They cancelled on me morning of because the doctor wouldn’t take my insurance. They had several opportunities to cancel beforehand, including when I called to confirm.

They said they’d call me back to reschedule. They never did. I called and they wouldn’t even keep me on hold- they sent me to an answering machine. I have no idea what I’ve done to deserve this.

I have had 4/4 appointments cancelled for a new patient appointment and I tried with 2 different physicians. Im sure they are short handed but everytime i call its a 15+minute hold to even talk to a person to reschedule. This time when trying to reschedule no one ever answered after 20 minutes and the phone just hung up. I wont be booking with them and I feel for those who work multiple jobs and can't deal with the back and forth of trying to establish with a new primary care physician. Its a shame when you are trying to be proactive and maintain your health but this Healthcare system won't allow it.
UPDATE: Now I have had 5/5 appointments cancelled. Enough is enough.

I was never really thrilled with this practice. I did like my doctor there, however it was always very difficult to get an appointment for sick care. I've have to wait up to 2 weeks for an appointment when ill. My doctor has now retired and they are not taking on any of her patients.

Practice cannot keep doctors or NP’s. Website allows you to book visit only to receive a call saying the doctor isn’t taking patients.
