Friendly service at the Pharmacy, attentive and when asked a question there wasn't any problem getting the help you needed. The store is quite large, has all of those 'forgot to get' items. Staff is helpful to getting you where you need to be, they don't just point and guess the aisles, they lead you to the product you want.

This CVS and it’s employees in the Pharmacy are just awesome and life savers to me. Always there when you need them. Highly recommend this CVS. Great customer service.

I needed a common Rx for my routine (I hope) GI exam in the morning. They had none in Charlton CVS but 2 stars for sending me to Oxford CVS where they have cases of the stuff.

The service at this cvs has greatly deteriated in the last 6 months. I would not recommend it and will be changing to another cvs in hopes it is not cvs wide. I have had multiple problems in just the last two weeks.

I don't complain easily. But after giving the Pharmacy several chances....I'm fed up.

The minute clinic is Excellent.
The store portion is great.

The Pharmacy is the TERRIBLE !
They are sometimes out of medications which is understandable, but it's pretty often - which then sets you behind on your next pick up date.

Not only have they LOST one of my prescriptions an hour after dropping off (setting me behind even more)
My last visit I was told it was TOO SOON to drop off a 30-Day prescription
(they looked up wrong one & wrong date)

Since I no longer choose to argue with these incompetant clowns, I will just never fill prescriptions here again.
Go to Auburn Pharmacy on Southbridge street!
Never had an issue.
They are friendly, fast & absolutely reliable hard-working guys.

The pharmacy has awful customer service and incompetent staff. The clinic and the store itself are great.
