Love Ross so much I check here 1st for anything I may need before I look elsewhere & usually I find what I'm looking for at a very unbelievable price!

The store was clean, not so busy. We found really cute items, there was a very adorable rainbow bed collection I want but refrained. However, I did find what I was looking which was a new set of luggage, I got a cute carry on 'map' print and a bright purple larger luggage!

The staff were friendly and sweet, and the line went quickly.

I loved this Ross! The employees were really nice and helpful. I found really nice clothes with great quality. I even bought a new bag and a pair of shoes. People mentioned a mess but I didn't experience that while I was there. Will definitely be shopping there more often.

I love shopping at Ross. They amazing deals! The staff is always friendly except for one employee. She wouldn't help out a young lady with the line and had a bad attitude. I believe her name was Monique but besides that experience Ross is still a great place to shop.

I love this store. The clothing is really name brands for less and I mean super affordable. I always find at least three things I need and a ton more I want. They have shoes, pathetic wear, formal wear, kids, home goods, beauty products and some snack foods. Oh and they have bags and wallets that are super cute. My new go to in this area.

It was my first time there and ice lived in the Richmond Hwy area for many years. I liked all that I saw and was with somebody who was helping me with something. My big disappointment is low number of men's leather shoes. We like most of the paintings. But in shirts, I realized, I was looking for solid colors.

I normally don't shop in this area because I work at a Ross further away. Comparing this Ross to the one i work at the shelves look empty, they were understaffed, and the cashiers didn't have a attitude or were rude like some people said they were just exhausted. I spoke with multiple employees at this store and they told me management didn't schedule enough people because of payroll.

The shelves are empty even though Ross gets shipments 5 days a week because they are on the highway they get a lot of customers. You might not be there to see it at the time but i know it happens from experience.

As far as the cleanliness of the store, they are understaffed. What do you seriously expect from them if the customer to employee ratio has a huge difference to it? At my store we have enough people to go behind all the CUSTOMERS who just randomly throw stuff around or drop something and decide not to pick it up. If a store doesnt have enough workers to do so you shouldn't point the blame at the employees they can only do so much. Ask the managers who make the schedules this way and then maybe they will ask their managers for a solution.

Sorry for my rant but i was looking at these comments feeling disgusted. Retail in general is hard enough. If you were fortunate enough to avoid it you wouldn't understand the half of it. If you have worked retail but continue to write disgusting comments it says a lot about you as a person because i guarantee your retail work experience wasn't always great either.

Took wife to look for a few things, she was happy with all her choices, which made me happy. Lol

The selection of dresses here is phenomenal! And at such good prices! Totally makes up for the weird disorganization in random places and the lack of varying sizes for the dresses. Though I came in close to thanksgiving so it might have been a tad more messy due to sales and such.

Everytime I go to Ross I come out with great deals, from home goods,imported gourmet bottled preserved and baked treats...to beautiful fashionable quality clothing at a price that can't be beat! Fashion in all sizes, great
looks for the whole family to enjoy...shopping at Ross is an Epic way to spend your day!!!

It was amazing u would think that since it's near Christmas it be packed but the worked fast and safely and quick the lines weren't even long neither
