Stopped in to add a galaxy Tab s6 to my phone plan and see if we could resolve some issues I had experienced traveling. Briefly put, the girl helping me and her support staff in store were stellar. T Mobile tech support whom she was working with on the phone to resolve issues were less than stellar.

In particular, the girl in the store helping me confronted tech and strongly advocated my best interest. I was impressed.

Phones aren't easy folks, but Jamie and company at The Dalles T-Mobile helped me out of a Sim card jam! They were gracious and patient and didn't make me feel bad for asking so many questions. I appreciate your kindness and professionalism! Keep up the good work The Dalles team!

Due to our past interactions with Jacque and her team we made the decision to switch from Verizon. It was a daunting task given we have 4 phones and 4 ipads that were involved in upgrading and switching for our family. Jayne, Jasper, Jada and Jacque all were very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the complex transition based on our needs and being with Verizon for 19+ years.
We are so pleased we went through with our switch and can't praise this team enough!
