This organization is ridiculous, poorly managed the top to the bottom. Waited two months to get a machine through them, arrived on the Bensalem site while only one person was managing the entire office, rushed out as quickly as possible. Had others waiting. Lets go. Was hurried out the door and good luck. Had many issues with the CPAP machine and unable to get answers. Have a make an appointment and waited three weeks until they had an opening. This is what you call medical service. It's questionable whether the machine is working properly. Follow all instructions asked for help. Went to website logged in as instructed that didn't work. Try to register that didn't work. Unable to get support. May want to think about getting anything from this company. Poor service. Poor representation. Poor instructions. Dangerous for your health.

I highly recommend that you DON’T use this company!!!! They have given us nothing but problems for Rotech equipment since we started using them. Their therapist, Heather, was absolutely NO help and even went as far as to gaslight me into believing that they did not make a mistake, I must be the one losing it. They took my father’s machine for repair and sent me back an entirely different machine with someone else SD card in it. Then, claimed that this was his machine. It has been over six months that they having been repairing it and everytime they are supposed to call me back for an update, they never do. Find another company if you don’t want the constant hassle. We changed to a different company for supplies because they always sent the wrong ones. I’m so done with them!!!!

Contour is also know as Rotech medical supply, which is the WORST supply company my husband and I have EVER dealt with. We recently had a house fire and lost almost all of our possessions including my husbands C-pap machine. I called our insurance the day of the fire to ask what I needed to do, in which they stated I just need to have his Dr send the supply company a new prescription for a replacement machine. I did that the same day. The Drs office sent the prescription the following morning, which was a Tuesday. We received a call from Rotech on Wed. stating they received the prescription and would be sending it to our insurance. I called Rotech back to explain that due to the nature of our loss & the seriousness of my husband's sleep apnea, could they please expedite their end of the process so we could receive his replacement machine quickly, at that point I was screamed at by Amy telling me that I need to stop yelling at her, even though I wasn't yelling, I was crying because we had just lost our home, and then she proceeded to tell me these things take a couple days, in which I once again explained we needed his machine quickly so could she just please do so, and then she hung up. So I waited until Friday, so 5 days since they were first told this was happening, and I called our insurance and they never received any paperwork from Rotech, so I called again, only to be screamed at by Amy, AGAIN, and her telling me that there are other patients who had requests made that day as well, and I stated but I'm sure they didn't also lose their home and all their posessions like we did, and have a husband with severe apnea. Of course she just yelled back at me that I need to just wait and that it takes a week to do this. So when I first called it was "a couple days" and now it's "a week". if it's not obvious she is now purposely dragging her feet. And all they need to do is send the prescription with my husbands requirements, basically another piece of paper, to our insurance company. So something that should take less than 5 mins. for some reason is taking a week to do. Oh and when my husband was switched from one type of machine to another, all this same paperwork and getting a new machine took 3 days, and that included the nurse coming out to set the machine up. So after I was done being screamed at by Amy, I asked for her supervisor who was no more helpful because her response when I told her my husband needs his machine because of his severe apnea, she told me I should take him to the hospital if he is that bad. Ummm, really?? He doesn't need the hospital, he needs his C-pap machine!!!!! She then proceeds to tell me that since its Friday its too late to get him a machine, and he would have to wait until next week.... I told her that had Amy done her job on Wed. we wouldn't have to wait until next week and she had no response, except well if he's that bad he should go to hospital. She then told me she would try and "help" to figure out what needs to be done to get him his machine. About 30 mins later she called back to tell me that according to my insurance company, my husbands Dr needs to send them "face to face" notes explaining why he needs a new C-pap machine. I told her that was not correct and that I spoke to our insurance 3 times already and all he needed was the new prescription, which Rotech already had. But the supervisor kept insisting we send Dr notes, which basically meant he would need an appt. with the Dr. So I called our insurance company back, in which I was told that Rotech is LYING and they would NEVER request Drs notes on an existing pt, who only needs a new machine replaced due to damage. So it is now Monday, a week after our fire, and still NO machine, and NO contact from Rotech.... If your insurance gives you an option on what supply company you can use, then RUN as fast as you can AWAY from Rotech, especially if you have sleep apnea, you may end up dying waiting for them to do their job!!!!
