The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than we originally thought but Dennis handled it so well. He was on time each day and so thorough. He was so down-to-earth and really explained everything about the work in a way that was easy to understand. He clearly knows this process inside and out and is skilled in every aspect, down to the chemistry of grout/silicone interactions! He was communicative from the get-go, transparent and fair with pricing, and took ample time to answer my questions about care for the shower.
