Elkton Goodfellas

Had lunch here today. They were polite and cheerful in greeting me. From the two dishes I got their portion sizes are generous. The ingredients were great, and my favorite of the two dishes is their tomato sauce. It has a nice chunky texture without being dry and it's slightly sweet taste went well with the crust and bread I had.

I definitely recommend giving them a try if you are on the fence. Their small dinning room may look uncomfortable and like you are in a fish bowl, but their staff and food make up for it.

Highly recommend this restaurant for Italian fast food. Our waitress was amazing. She pretty much served all other tables but was very patient and helpful. We food is very tasty too. We ordered a small Stromboli which was sufficient to feed 2 people and a cheese pizza slice which was simple but tasty. Pretty casual vibe. Our vegetarian friends ordered zita and loved it as well.
We also took a to-go raspberry donut cheesecake from here and it was to die for. So amazing. Make sure you add the caramel and chocolate sauce as well.

Love this little place! We were on our way back from Luray and saw Goodfellas. We had to stop and check it out. The food was great, priced well and fast. Our waitress made us feel like home and we will definitely be back when we pass through.

This is the first time I have ever eaten at this restaurant but I say it has very good delicious food and a very good customer service and affordable prices that I would highly suggest going to it if I were you and I do plan on going to this restaurant the next time I'm in the town of Elkton Virginia.

Our waitress was the best ever. Hustled constantly running all around and did a excellent job. The food was perfect and delicious. Highly recommend for others to enjoy the food and great service.

This was the finest Italian food in Virginia. The staff are extremely friendly. Food was made very quickly and was still hot when I got home. I would have eaten there however I had to get home to my dogs.

Great place to eat with an equally great staff. Good selection at fair prices. Definitely will be coming back again.

Good service and well maintained, small restaurant. The food is very good but not the best in the area. The steak and cheese and pizza we're great, but the fries were pretty tasteless. Update: The service, atmosphere, and food were all great. The fries are still the only item that could use more flavor.

We got a 10% off card from Massenutten. Thought it was for one big restaurant on 33. Turns out it's for a small place in the town of Elkton. We won out. We will be going back when we return for another vacation.

Great place, food was very good. Waiter brought me extra bread. Very pleasant experience.

I ordered a veggie stromboli and really liked it. Great service. Reasonable prices. Stromboli was so large I needed a take home box.

Everything was excellent. Very friendly. Portion sizes were huge. Always had another drink waiting. The only issues was the women's bathroom door didn't lock.

Nice place to eat! Stromboli is hugh! Steak and Cheese sandwich is really good with plenty of meat. Waitress was very pleasant too. Spaghetti sauce is a little sour though and stuff pasta only has cheese.

Food was amazing. The philly cheese steak was cheesy and delicious, best pepperoni roll we've had in a long time and the BLT was perfectly made!

Man, this place is good!!! I really like their cheesesteak and even the fries were delicious. Very affordable too! It’s not a “nice” restaurant or anything, but a good “hole in the wall” to enjoy a simple, fantastic meal!

Great little restaurant, the service was outstanding, and the sandwiches were great. My wife said her chicken salad sandwich was amazing, and my turkey Rueben was very good. We will be regularly coming back to try other dishes!

The food here is always delicious. My family has eaten here 20+ times. It is a very popular restaurant with the locals. Sometimes you have to wait a bit if you want to eat in. We typically do carryout and go to a local park that has a pavilion & picnic tables to eat our food.

Good food, good service, good experience.

Stopped in after touring Shenandoah National Park… ordered some strombolis which were absolutely delicious! The crust was just right and the vegetables were fresh!
