Archana Agrawal is a rock star! She helped us find a home when we moved from Baltimore to the Boston area for work. She took the time to show us a number of different kinds of houses and neighborhoods while we got acquainted with the market and area, and really got to understand what kinds of houses we were interested in. When it came time to make an offer, and then as we went through the negotiation and sale process, she was a great asset on our side. She's very nice and soft spoken, but is a great negotiator and did a super job representing our interests. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience with Greg Kydd. He was recommended to us by our lender and we will never sell or buy without Greg. He was honest, upfront, went out of his way and never pushed us to put an offer on anything. He was kind and on top of everything. He had a lot of patience after we dragged him around from nashua to the middle of no where New Hampshire haha. If he couldn’t make it to a viewing he stayed in touch through-out the viewing and was always able to get our questions answered. I honestly don’t think he could have done anything better for us.

I hired Coldwell Banker to sell my house and be the agents for my new home purchase. Our realtor Randy Houle was a magician. We were able to close on our new house on the same day as the sale of our old house in deal that can only be described as being a work of art. These guys made a tough and impossible sounding deal happen and I would highly recommend them.

Happy to share my experience purchasing a home with my (buyer’s) agent from Coldwell Chelmsford with anyone who reaches out. Although we have the home, the experience bears sharing with others if it can help them. It also bears sharing that Coldwell buyer and seller agents left the impression that they may have been in cahoots when working on deals together, rather than representing client interests. Happy to help.

I had a worst experience with Archana Agrawal. She posted an apartment and talked in saying that pay $25 and have your credit checked and if approved you will get the apartment. Later I learned that she was asking same to all. Because somebody else is spending and their credit scores are going down so why do they care? Just collect $25 and generate more applications at others cost to look good to clients and realter office. She should be sending all applications to client for review and should do credit checks only on the once selected. Be careful doing business with these agents.

My personal experience with Diane Skedd was terrible. She was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in my 37 years on this earth. Rude, to the point where after making an offer on a home and it being accepted she listed the property back on the market and started scheduling showings in a group text message with my relator and I involved. Beware when dealing with her she is a sleaze! One star is pushing it!
