Juliana Ross gave me an excellent exam to determine my problems and map out a plan for my therapy. She is very interested in her clients. I’m being treated for unsteady gait caused my 2 ruptured discs and lower lumbar pinched nerve. The sessions and the home exercises have been very effective. I particularly like the exercise application with instructions and short videos. All the therapists and front desk are very helpful with a warm welcome smile. This therapy has been absolutely 100% effective. I’m always looking forward to my next session. I’m walking better with improved balance. I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy to anyone who is struggling!

I was recommended to this place by others who had used them and thank god I was because they were amazing. They were able to treat multiple injuries at the same time after my really bad motorcycle crash & helped me to heal fully. Staff & doctors are very knowledgeable & friendly. Would def recommend this place even if you don't live close by. They literally changed my life. Thank you to everyone there, especially Dr. Ross.

I had a slip and fall during a winter storm. I injured my elbow and ankle. I was evaluated by Dr. Julianna Reed who was very professional and knowledgeable about developing a plan that would address both injuries. I have been to a few visits and am already seeing improvement and less pain. All of the staff are friendly and very supportive. I also was able to get my appointments that worked best for my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Reed and Professional Physical Therapy.

Over the past several years I needed PT from total knee replacement and most recently sciatica. Dr Ross and the staff at Professional Physical Therapy are extremely knowledgeable, very professional and caring. If you need PT I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy.

I had a 2nd round of PT for about 8 weeks at the East location. This time it was for my hip/IT band area. As always, ProPT did an amazing job! Can't say enough about how incredible the staff is. Should I ever need PT again, this is my go to spot.

Had therapy a few years back for my shoulders, both had been operated on previously 15yrs for one 12yrs for the other but a winter fall on the left and overuse on the right had me in therapy. They were able to set up an exercise program geared towards my specific needs and did a fantastic job. Both still feel great I kept the exercise cards that they use and still take time on occasion to run through them.
I am currently in therapy for both knees and hips for arthritis and again they have come up with an exercise program that has strengthened my knees and hips, back out walking 3+ miles at a time.
Happy about that.

This is an Amazing place to go to for your Physical Therapy needs! I've been going twice a week for a Rotator Cuff Injury. I can't say enough good things about the care I have been receiving from Dr. Juliana Ross and her entire team. I've made steady progress in my range of motion of my shoulder since I started PT. The entire operation is 1st Class, including the Front Desk, who consistently provide Excellent Customer Service.

I had a really good experience at Professional Physical Therapy in Franklin. All the personnel are helpful and friendly and my therapist, Dr. Jules Reed, was super. She listened to my issues, conducted tests to determine what may be causing those issues and gave me an exercise plan. I really appreciated her time an effort and I definitely will return to PPT if the necessity arises.

The Dr. Ross Team is outstanding. Friendly, attentive, compasionate and able to answer all questions about my injury and the recovery plan.

Great place. Treating rotator cuff issues, and after a few sessions and following their customized exercise program for home I already feel an improvement.

Dr. Jules is doing a totally remarkable job helping to ease the pain & discomfort I’ve been experiencing due to what I’m hoping is only a partial tear of my rotator cuff. I’ve been seeing her at PT for the past month, and already I see quite an impressive improvement in both my comfort level and my ability to regain unrestricted movement & mobility.

I met with Dr. Ross for a knee injury. When I first arrived I couldn’t run for ten minutes without pain and discomfort and after just two weeks of their treatment and exercises I can run much better already! The staff there are very kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

I met with Dr Reed for shoulder and neck issues. She listened to my concerns related to pain and limited mobility and developed a targeted plan for me to work through. I have made a steady improvement in my mobility and my pain is gone. The practice is well staffed and organized. The home "App" is great to work with there are pictures and a video of each exercise and I can track what I have completed.

Highly recommend ProPT. The entire experience was exceptional. The front desk staff, all the PTs, the facility and equipment were first rate. I worked with Dr Ross and she was wonderful. The telehealth option also worked great for me. In 3 months my shoulder pain was gone and I could do activities again that had been painful for a year.

Very happy with PT treatment by Dr. Cisto, Amber, and other team providers. Dr. Cisto is competent, helpful, friendly, responsive. She helped restore my mobility. I no longer need medications for sciatica. My severe pain has vanished. 9/19/23.

Dr. Ross and the staff at Professional Physical Therapy are excellent. I entered PT to address a shoulder impingement. I had tried PT at other places but without success. Dr. Ross took the time to listen and to understand my overall health. She is very knowledgeable and the care I received was outstanding. I highly recommend her. I have been to Professional Physical Therapy twice now for injuries I have had. Both times were phenomenal. The entire staff is very friendly and professional and they get you in for therapy no matter how busy your schedule is. Dr. Juliana Ross is my DPT. Dr Ross is Awesome. She is very happy and friendly and knows what she is doing. I have been dealing with a very tough sprained ankle and Dr. Ross is making it so I can function throughout my day. The staff that greets you and does the scheduling is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The therapists that work with you setting up your initial consult to form a defined therapy program to its implementation during your visits are extremely knowledgeable, professional ,and personable. The supporting staff and aids were equally knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I felt very comfortable from my first consultation and throughout my visits. I knew I was in competent hands.
