Where do I begin? I’ll start by saying that my doggo tore her ACL. From there, my whole experience – from meeting with Dr. Horgan, going over the surgery plans and procedures with his team, to interactions with the rest of LeadER’s staff. Overall, my experience with LeadER was so wonderful that I applied to work there, and now it’s been a great month! I’m so happy and proud to be a part of this amazing team that LeadER has formed over the years 🩷 P.S. Zoey’s surgery incisions are barely noticeable or even visible to the eye! Dr. Horgan could be a plastic surgeon! 👨‍⚕

I started taking my cat, Doro, here after getting a referral from my GP to seek care from internal medicine specialist, Dr. Ghantous. Doro had episodes of nausea indicated by vocalizing and grinding his teeth, which later worsened to episodes of non-stop regurgitation, and reached a critical point where I had to evaluate his quality of life. I have been to this hospital multiple times for diagnostics, follow up visits, and even emergency visits, and the staff has always been empathetic, welcoming, and helpful, no matter the time. Yes, treatment here is more expensive compared to a smaller local veterinarian, but an additional expense is to be expected with specialized and emergency veterinary care. I highly recommend fellow pet owners to look into pet insurances to help mitigate these expenses.

I’m happy to report that Dr. Ghantous and his team have saved my cat’s life, and turned it around for the better. After his endoscopy, his problems stopped entirely. He’s nearly doubled in size and lives a normal, healthy life. Today, we finally got the confirmation that we don’t need to follow up anymore as he’s doing great.

I cannot stress enough how much of a positive impact the staff here has made on my and my cat’s lives. Thank you a million times over!

Our 3 month old puppy was diagnosed with a very rare puppy disease. The staff worked vigorously and found the problem. It saved her life. The who team is fantastic and my puppy is home

Words cannot express how thankful I am to the entire staff that helped us in seeing our precious puppy into the next life. Our doggie had an unexpected seizure on a Friday and in the course of 24 hours, she deteriorated and had an additional four seizures. By Saturday she was barely holding on, and for a dog of her age, she could only take so much. I am extremely grateful for the level of care, compassion, attention, and personal investment that the staff took during our time of grief. I am especially thankful that they gave us the treatment and support to keep her alive an additional day, so we could say goodbye as a family and enjoy one more afternoon together. From the names I can remember, thank you from bottom of my heart for being there when we needed you, Dr Johns, Dr Seth, Mari, Ren, and Amber. You and each person that attended to Mia were a blessing to us when we needed you most.

I drove from Miami Beach to see an Internal Medicine: Dr Carro. My experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff was friendly, informative, kind and professional. The place is very clean. I recommend this place, Thank you Ladies, Victoria, Bobby, Monica, Maritza, and so many others, I could not get all of their names. Thank you Dr Carro, you are excellent. My Hally (kitty) loves you.!!!

Just wanted to take a moment and thank Dr. Seth Ghantous and his team for taking care of my baby Bunny. He loved all the love and care that Dr. and his team provided. Thank you for helping Bunny with his medication and the right dosage. We ended up going to See Dr. Ghantous 3 times to make sure the meds were right. He’s one of a few Internal Medicine specialists in South Florida! And all these times it was an amazing experience. Thank you Doc for your knowledge and support! Dr Ghantous is such a cool doctor And an amazing specialist! Feel very safe to know my baby had been seen by one of the best! ❤🙏🏻

Leader made sure my pup stayed well and helped in his time of need when I thought the worst was upon us. They sent me a sympathy card when he passed- I’m so grateful for the people who cared for and loved frosty here. Thank you

Truly appreciate the kindness of the staff with end of life care.

I brought my cat here last weekend, and my dog a year ago. They were compassionate through the whole process. I appreciated the towels and blankets they provided to keep my pets comfortable in their last moments.

I hope I won't need to visit again for a while. But if my remaining pets have an emergency outside of my regular vet's office hours, I would definitely trust their care to the team here.

The compassion here and the love is incredible. They take great care of your pets and are honest with you. They did everything to save my cat Sable, but in the end, we had to put her to sleep so she would no longer be in pain. I thank all of you at this ER for the love and care you showed for my cat and the compassion you showed me and my family. I recommend that if you have a pet emergency, please bring your pet here for the greatest care!

LeadER Doctors and all staff give our dogs excellent care. Whether you go for a regular appointment, or for an emergency, your pet will be well cared for by knowledgeable, caring, and top notch staff. LeadER Animal Speciality was excellent! Staff and doctors are very knowledgeable, courteous and caring. My dog Riley had surgery at another facility and needed additional surgery by a specialist to complete what was started so the second surgery was done at LeadER by Dr. Daubs and very successfully I might add! I was at ease knowing Riley was receiving the best care possible and I so appreciate all that the staff and Dr. Daubs did to help us through the ordeal. They always stay in communication with you to lessen your worries. I would not hesitate to go to LeadER again if necessary and will certainly recommend them.

They have helped my dog out twice so far!
Last year, the doctor suggested a medication to help manage my dog's excessive thirst/urination due to him having liver cancer.
Then last week, my dog almost died after accidentally being fed some red velvet cake/frosting. They resuscitated him!

Overall, I had a really great experience. My cat was acting very strange on a Sunday morning so our vet was closed. I tried going to 2 hospitals prior to arriving to LeadER and wouldn’t be attended. I called LeadER and it was a quick response and was quickly welcomed to go. I would say that when I first arrived was the only time I felt uncomfortable. I was attended at the desk upon arriving and the girl made me feel like I don’t know enough about my cat. My cat was stray when I got her so I expressed that I wasn’t sure how old she was and that I wasn’t sure if she was spayed even after me taking her to multiple places and trying to find that out. She gave me a little bit of attitude. The rest of the service was Amazing. I waited for maybe 15 minutes before a nurse took me to a room and another 10 minutes for my cat to be taken to check vital and collect samples. It then took about 40 minutes for the doctor to come in and explain to me what was going on. The doctor was very thorough and kind. I ended up leaving my cat for like 2 hours to get sedated and collect additional samples. I then received a phone call from the vet. This was a different vet but was great and explained everything in great detail and took the time to answer all the questions I had. The prices were a little bit high, but I feel like all emergency hospitals are. I am very happy with the service and would definitely return. They are 24/7 and attended pets in order of need, not arrival.

The entire staff at LeadER from the moment we arrived until the moment we left were kind, attentive, and compassionate. They helped us through one of the most difficult moments in our lives. Our dog, Kobe, woke up very sick one morning and we decided to take him here. They treated him and us like their family. Kobe was well taken care of until the moment he passed. We even received a hand written card from the staff upon his passing. We are forever grateful to LeadER for everything they did for us, and especially for our beloved dog Kobe.

P.S there are long wait times, but for critical pets they are very fast and diligent. The price is also a bit elevated but they understand if you cannot pay the amount.

They did everything they could to save my baby. As hard as it was to have to put Dingo down, he was in good hands.

I have brought my new puppy, Gator here. After countless vets got it wrong, they finally helped my puppy and diagnosed him properly. Thank you fir all your help in getting Gator back on his feet!

I highly recommend leadER animal hospital for anyone who needs to hospitalize their pet. The care and attention they provide is exceptional, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained.

My dog, Asal, needed to undergo dialysis, and I was fortunate enough to find leadER animal hospital. They are one of the few centers that offer this service for dogs, and I was impressed with the level of expertise and care that their doctors provided.

But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service I received from Nurse Luz. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed about my dog's condition, sending me regular updates and pictures to keep me informed about Asal's progress.

But it wasn't just her professionalism that impressed me - Nurse Luz was also incredibly compassionate and kindhearted. She made sure that I was comfortable and offered me food and water during my stay. Her warmth and caring attitude were truly appreciated during a difficult time.

Overall, I can't recommend leadER animal hospital enough. They have a great team of doctors and nurses who truly care about their patients, and their facilities are top-notch. If you're looking for a place to hospitalize your pet, look no further than leadER animal hospital.

honestly, my kitty Mars was so well taken care of here. Dr. B is an absolute dream to work with, you can tell she truly cared about Mars and wanted what’s best for her. she went out of her way to text me and check on my kitty, which warmed my heart so much. Amber was also such an incredible help, her personality was honestly 10/10! she had me and my friends in a very good mindset, while talking about the worst. she was very informative about the situation and was very caring, and patient with us. Kristen also, was a HUGE help over the phone. every time i called i only wanted to talk to her, she was so helpful and honestly an angel from above. i am so thankful for the three of you, i might not have been able to save my baby. however you guys let me know we did everything, and anything for her. i’ve never had a vets office care so much for my fur baby as much as i do, this was truly a heart warming experience. i will appreciate you three for a long time, you’re so caring about the animals and love your jobs! i can tell and i’m sure everyone else can too, keep doing what you’re doing! i hope i don’t have to ever take my next pet to an ER visit, but if i do it will be right back to you guys! you made me feel like family, thank you.

After my vet conducted blood work he recommended taking Cooper straight to LeadER as he knew something was very wrong. Everyone there was wonderful, from the front desk, to Triage and straight to the Doctors. Cooper had a blockage and needed surgery immediately and remained in their care Friday through Sunday. The communication was amazing from the time I left him there until he was picked up. I would highly recommend this hospital as you can tell the truly care! I had an awful experience at another emergency hospital last year in Davie....this one was like night and day from that experience!
