Went to the mall to find dark wash jeans. On a whim, I decided to go into hollister—I haven’t been in a hollister for over ten years, but I remember loving Hollister jeans. Why not?

I’m not the middle-high schooler I once was lol. I don’t look like her either. So when I went to the jeans I saw those smaller sizes and thought “none of these will fit me,” and “this isn’t a store of me anymore”—wrong.

I ran into Manager Jade who asked how I was doing. I told her I wanted Dark washes jeans for a particular occasion (nights out, casual Fridays) and how I used to love hollister.

She was diligent and kind, searching between current (on the floor and in the back) and online inventory. I tried on a pair of beautiful jeans and realized I could still wear these jeans! In the end I didn’t find the look I was looking for, but my entire trip to the mall—JCpenneys, Macy’s, everywhere else—Hollister was the most observant and patient and helpful.

Thank you guys, thank you Jade. I’m going to come back for a pair of those jeans (and more).

Love this place i went yesterday took my son for shopping prices are good and specially the young girl i guess she is from Pakistan she said was amazing and a good sales person because we went there for one jean end up buying three and a hoodie..lolzz
