I had such a great customer service experience here! The yoing lady who assisted me was so knowledgeable about the inventory. I went in for one pair of pants and left with 3! I definitely recommend

Ricky went above and beyond for me. I called about a couple pairs of socks I needed for a wedding. He was able to locate me 4 more at a nearby location. Customer service was excellent! Will definitely come back and shop.

Bedson was a great help, of my multiple times shopping at express he has been by far the most helpful. Great service makes for a great experience.

Rickey was so awesome I took my little brother in to get a suit for homecoming knowing nothing about men’s fashion and he helped with everything, was so sweet, and patient the entire time. My brother feels much more confident now after Rickey’s help.

The Express team members in this store are extremely helpful!! They went above and beyond to find me a special pant I needed for an interview. It took something because the pant could not be located in the store. Huge shout-out to the gentleman who after doing a second search, went around the back to locate exactly what I needed...which was the last of it's kind in the store that day!! I am very tall so it's difficult to find pants anywhere. So great to know I can count on the amazing team at Express, Broward Mall. Thank you so much guys!!! 🤗💕

Great quality clothing. Sign up for rewards, sales, coupons etc. Easy order online, pickup in store available too. Clearance section in back.

Customer service was excellent. I had an online order pick up and a return, the employee was helpful and courteous. The store was neat and stocked. The manager on duty was helpful to the other employees when called.

I haven’t had such an AMAZING customer service experience in a while. Ricky (pretty sure he is the store manager) helped me out today with a return, and he went above and beyond, making sure everything was taken care of.

I have a major lack of fashion sense. The customer service here was excellent. Rickey did a great job of helping me pick out a jacket, slacks and shirt for my son. Thanks to some great sale prices the cost was very reasonable.

Store was amazing, every associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I know things are hard right now but this team is tackling it well and with a positive attitude. I wish more stores in the mall were this good!

I had online return but did not have the same card so the rep(Siyara) told me that I could only get merchandise credit. I requested her to find a way out and to my surprise, she was able to do that. She called the customer care and ran her magic. I was so impressed at the level of customer service and her skill set

I love shopping here, I usually shop online, but this day I decided to go in and look around the store is always organized even on Black friday everything looks nicely. The line was to long so I left and got my Iteam online for the same price just have to wait a little for the delivery. I think they need to come up with a better and faster checkout. Specially on a black Friday.

Cierra (spelling?) the store manager on the night of 10.25.2018 was outstanding. She gave me superb customer service from start to finish on what seemed to be a busy evening and looked short staffed. I sincerely hope they all left at a decent hour as I know how tough resetting a retail store can be after a busy night...Thanks again for your help!
