We purchased our first new vehicle, a 2024 Toyota Highlander and we had an amazing experience at this dealership. We started this process online due to being out of state and our salesman Medwin Macea made this process a breeze. He went above and beyond for us. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and non-negotiable wants and provided us with his expert recommendations. He kept us informed of the status almost daily, patiently answered all of our questions (they were many) and basically held our hand through it all. He even went as far as to creating & sending us detailed videos of the vehicle we selected while explaining all of the features it had. We went into this process clueless and not knowing what to expect, but truly had an amazing first time experience here. We picked up our vehicle today and it is total love! If you are in the market, go see Medwin. I can’t recommend him enough.

The service was amazing all along the way from the first moment I med the seller Marlon Bouza. Nice young guy with great personality and help me with every question I had! Who was respectful and he didn’t try to push me a car I don’t like the opposite he even told me the cars he think from his opinion I shouldn’t consider. I think great seller need to be real with the costumer and put himself in the shoes of the costumer and he did it big time! The General Manager also was so amazing I forgot his name but I can say that if you think on Toyota so the location in Hollywood is the best by far! Thank you! I love my car!

From the moment I walked onto the lot to the moment I drove away in my new car and even on the next day, I was treated with such care and attention. I live in the Central Florida area, but I chose to get my car at Toyota of Hollywood and I am so glad that I did. Karolin Ramos is so welcoming and helpful, I can’t recommend her enough! We spoke over the phone for a month until the car arrived to the dealership and she updated me every single step of the way. She answered every question I had (which was a lot) and she was very quick to respond as well.
