Budget Car Rental

Very good experience so far. Always wanted to drive a Ford Mustang convertible on vacation in Fort Lauderdale at 75 years of age. It was a usual sight for a senior lady driving a Mustang. Loved it. Another bucket list item scratched off as done and experienced the thrill. She purred when you stepped on the gas, loved it. Wish I had my Dobermans to experience it with me.

I loved bypassing the counter where more than 10 individuals/groups were waiting. I got an email before my pick up time with the spot number of my vehicle. Correct class, new, clean vehicle. No hiccups or headaches. Super easy, walking distance drop-off as well (this was a one-way rental) Thank you Budget! I have another one-way rental in two days, hoping for the same kinda experience!

I got off my flight and was greeted by a sweet young lady Vanessa at Budget, she was so kind and polite even after there were many people in the line. She was energetic and charismatic even though it was pretty late. She got me in an out quickly and efficiently with no issues. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had a fantastic experience with budget rental at the Fort Lauderdale airport. Pick up was easy drop off was extremely quick we rented a convertible it made the trip even more enjoyable.

I was upset about car that I could not have ( a convertible ) that I had ordered but Greg and Vanessa changed my whole experience around. They gave me a beautiful car. I really hope they are recognized they made the experience so so much better. Thank you so much. I will use this company again based off their customer service. I rent cars from all over, and they were outstanding.

I was very pleased with the service from the Ft. Lauderdale Budget, where by the customer service was great and the Atlanta Budget as well. I left my phone in the car and the agent called me to let me know and I was able to make arrangements to get it. I am very glad it went well for me. Budget rental is my go to for rentals.

Easy to navigate area, very helpful and useful staff. Car selection was great, options were readily available and easy to find. Car was clean and no issues. Ensure you take pictures or videos of car prior to leaving to ensure no issues afterwards. Shuttle from terminal to rental car place made it very easy to navigate and get to. The only problem I have the vehicle wasn’t clean enough. I don’t blame the staff. Perhaps I should blame previous customers overall I had a very nice experience. Thank you.

We used Fastbreak to rent our automobile. It couldn't have been easier or more convenient. NO LINE!! As we approached the counter, we received a text telling us where our rental was located. We went to the rental, loaded our luggage, showed our drivers license and drove away. Returning the rental was even easier. We drove in, left the key in the rental and walked away. The car that I requested was unavailable, so without hesitation the Budget representative upgraded me at no extra charge. The vehicle was in excellent condition. I loved my ride.

I signed up for the Fast track program and it made it seamless and quick. Front of the line service and I was sent driving in luxury. I was so very please with the service at the front desk and they were so helpful.

Excellent job excellent customer service. Great selection of vehicle exactly what I hoped for even better maybe not even better but what I hope for for the price I paid quick easy and it’s worth the prep pay your gas and then drop it off with nothing. It’s much more fun than looking for gas station last minute and paying the price and getting screwed over and being laid and maybe missing your flight. Trust me I’ve tried both ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

The most important thing is a big, almost new car with 800 miles, competent management; there was a queue at the beginning to pick up the car, but we used a quick business pass by calling the center on the phone. In general, only good impressions!

The rental agent, Greg, was knowledgeable and friendly. Budget is lucky to have him! After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to end the day with a great experience with Budget. The line moved quickly, the cars were clean and ready to go. Highly recommend!!

This was the easiest rental experience. The man at the counter at FLL airport, the most friendly and attentive person I have ever encountered at any rental company. I wish I would have got his name, and I hope this review gets back to him. He was amazing. Drop off was great as well, so easy. Its means the world to have a great experience being that we were running on limited sleep and in a new strange place. Thank you so much. We will be return customers.

What an enjoyable experience this time. With FastBreak, not only did I skip the checkin line but I was offered Express Exit at FLL airport! Walked outside to zone area and selected a vehicle. It was exciting to have choices.. scanned the tag and proceeded to gate. Had NO problems with vehicle.
Was also offered Express Dropoff but did not accept. Wanted to maintain control of vehicle till I was scanned in. But this experience gave me the confidence to choose Budget once more. Am glad I did!

Having encountered many issues in the past with car rentals, esp Budget, I always take a picture of the odometer and gas readings for comparison upon pickup and return. As you can see, there is a big discrepancy between the car at 29,024 and agreement at 7,799. FastBreak was a great benefit for pickup past 12:30am but would have been negated if I had to get this fixed. It was nice to have unlimited mileage.
Other issues were constant displays of battery voltage reading of 13.7 on range from 10 to 18. Then tire pressure displays. It's been my observation that these only pop up when there are issues so it does not make for a smooth enjoyable ride cause you're always worrying.
This June rental was to take my dad of 90 on a road trip to see another daughter so I rented an Intermediate SUV. Got a beautiful red Jeep Compass. Dad was able to get in the seat a bit easier with good leg room. We also had space in the cargo for 1 medium size suitcase, 2 carryon, 1 fold down wheelchair and 1 walker. Ready to go! In spite of all the messages, we made the trip without any ordeals.
Didn't use the 4wd feature but my son was all about it :)

The agent behind the desk was courteous and professional and knew what they were doing. I received recommendations on coverage that suited my needs. The wait time was minimal and lit. The fleet of cars was nearby, and once the agent had received our money and the vehicle assigned, that was it. We went to the car and drove it off the lot.

Easy vehicle pick-up via Fastbreak. No waiting, car in designated spot ready to go. ( I was 2 hours delayed but car was ready and waiting ) Returning just as simple. ( noticed the very long lines at Thrifty counter...glad that I didn't choose it, thought it was 35% cheaper )

I arrived late and at first they couldn't find my reservation but it was for the day before. My flight got in at 2 am the next day. There was only 1 person working the counter at that time. I got a free upgrade because they didn't have the original rental. Great service for that time of night/day. I also had to return the vehicle at a different airport but the person on the phone helped with that so everything worked out. Loved the truck!
