My wife and I live near Washington DC where the closest Dillard's (her favorite store) is in Richmond, Virginia's capitol. Dillards is her favorite store (fashion is great, and as she says, makes Macy's seem like JC Pennys)Penny's. Whenever we can find a store on our travels we stop in. We were down in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and this was a perfect last stop on the way to the airport. We bought many clothes for both my wife and our grandson. Indeed, so much I realized I probably had a luggage weight problem. Dee in Juniors (management and C Suite take note) not only helped my wife find some stunning items (and as a elite shopper at the place the discounts were also appreciated) but she directed me to gifts to ship the grandchildren items (two boxes, beautiful wrapping), and she made sure my wife's items were shipped back to VA. Problem sced and not only were gifts arriving sooner than packing and hitting my local UPS, but another benefit of elite status was the shipping was cheaper than back in Virginia (and that would have been a plain box). Dillards always impresses with its style and service and this location and Dee I. Juniors is another top notch example of what the company seeks and delivers as well as any other retailer. Highly recommended, go treat yourself.

After a day in the mall shopping for suits we ended up at Dillards. What a great experience. The gentleman on Saturday was super helpful and polite. Not to mention they had the best price in the mall for Ralph Lauren Suits. Purchase 3 for $278, regular price $495.

Very happy with the costumer service and what they did for my bracelet. As I left it to be fixed it wasn’t expecting for them to have it polished and looking brand new but I was wrong. They only not only fixed to perfection but they polished and my bracelet now shines as a brand new. Thank you

Great selection for really nice clothes especially for people with varied dimensions like gorilla arms. Big and Tall section great. Something great for men and women. My favorite department store.

We popped in quickly because my mom wanted to look at something and ended up buying quite a few things. Not only was the store very well stocked, but everyone who worked there was extremely polite and helpful, especially Jeffrey in the shoe department and Leyla at the beauty counter.

Found what I needed in the intimate department. Wanted a sample of the new fragrance from lancome. Beauty advisor was busy at the time but she did sprayed me with it. Had to leave, but someone else did try to help from Dior. I have their fragrances already.

Huge Dillard's surg a purely large selection of brands. Only downside is they didn't have exactly what I was looking for (lacoste) but their Ralph Lauren collection (for men) was outstanding.

Love their children's section. Beautiful selection of dresses.
