Fails to uphold contractual agreements. Doesn't provide clients with monthly reports as agreed. Will file a tax extension without your knowledge. Refuses to pay employees and contractor's for work completed. Will avoid your phone calls and emails. Refuses to acknowledge tax prep mistakes costing clients hundreds of dollars. Pays her hired CPA $25 hour to use her license. Not built for the day to day accounting needs for her clients. Doesn't do any physical work for her clients. Hires bookkeepers with no degree and doesn't offer training, reviews nor pay raises putting clients at risk. Ran RPM Coastal VA into the ground causing them to go out of business and force to sell. Not recommended as a trustworthy person or business.
