We had the honor to work with Mike, CJ and their team recently as we bought our first home. The experience was 5/5 stars to say the least. Every single one of them are very down to earth and not just looking for a sale which we appreciated so much. It took us almost 5 months to have our offer accepted on a home and we looked at countless houses within that time frame. During tours at every single home, Mike was always extremely thorough and pointed out things that we may have liked/disliked about each one after telling him exactly what we wanted/needed. He gave honest opinions about each home and helped guide us to the home we ended up purchasing. We appreciated the thoroughness of any team member we viewed homes with. They all had knowledge of what we were looking for and made sure to point out any detail (large or small) that they thought would have an impact on our purchase and they were extremely timely with responses to even the smallest of questions we had during the process. I would highly recommend working with PGH's Hardest Working Realty Team!

We can’t say enough great things about Michael. He made the home buying process completely painless. Communication was awesome, he kept us informed every step of the way and had great referrals for lenders and insurance. Over all he got us the best deal and rates. Extremely knowledgeable.

Mike did a great job helping me with the sale of my house. He was very professional and worked hard to get the sale finalized

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with Jalen and CJ was awful to say the least.
Jalen and CJ, (after not adhering to what was agreed upon) refused to return my hand money. I had to pay an additional $200 and go through mediation just to get the funds back.
Between their unethical behavior, & CJ’s disgusting attitude, my experience with them was horrendous from start to finish. I felt as if I was conned by these two. I would not recommend them or this company to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! CJ and Jalen are dishonest and extremely unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and choose another realty team.

*In response to their reply: This simply isn’t factual… Leading people to believe mediation is common practice is in itself unprofessional. And there was no “backing out at the last minute.” You’ll type an apology here but I didn’t hear one when you called my father threatening him over this very review. There’s a reason other agents in the area avoid your listings (sadly I learned this after the fact). My family is just another casualty to your greed.
