These guys have consistently gone above and beyond throughout the year of membership I held with their cleaning services. At one point I had noticed a scratch in my paint, and although it appeared to have been there before I entered the car wash, the manager himself used his detailing products to make it right - touching it up over a series of visits. The people who work here are always polite, kind, and hard-working. The only reason I can’t go back is because I have moved, and I very much regret it. I have found this to be an excellent service and excellent value.

Great car wash. I used the text coupon and asked to add vacuuming for an extra fee. I noticed dirt under the roof crossmembers and they lent me a wipe to try to clean it off. As I was doing that the gentlemen at the PlayStation came over and said he would run it through again. He joined in the spray crew at the start of the wash and got a stepladder to pressure wash those spots including some bird dropping that remained and sent me through a second time. It was great service! I brought our other car and my mom’s car there this week and he made sure they were all clean.

Used my birthday coupon to have my granddaughter’s car cleaned inside and out. Great job by the team as always. It’s why I have had a monthly subscription for both our cars for years.

The people did a great job. I requested Supreme service. They vacuumed my SUV and wiped the interior with a good smelling cleaner for leather seats and dashboard. They wiped the windows and freshend my SUV.

The staff is always amazing and has great attention to detail for the exterior wash. This is my favorite car wash to go to.

Outstanding team, prices and service! Let me start by saying this, “I do not trust ANYONE to wash my car because I do an amazing job myself.” Relocated to VA four and a half years ago and discovered there aren’t very many self-serve car washes. Tried several car washes in the area and was highly disappointed for one reason or another. Discovered this one and have been coming to this place since...weekly and sometimes several times per week. Never have I been disappointed, NEVER! The team is fast, efficient and friendly! Best car wash in Northern VA!

I’ve visited Mr. Kleen Car Wash three times now and I’ve been impressed each time with my exterior car wash. I haven’t had my car’s interior cleaned by them, but their exterior wash and dry has been very good each time, and relatively affordable! I recommend buying their 5-wash card from them to get a volume discount rather than paying full price each visit. The 5-wash card I bought for $50 brings the cost of a standard $16 exterior wash to $10 per exterior wash.

There was a slight mixup with the scheduling of my detailing (probably on my end) and the manager/owner still handled it with professionalism and care. He was polite and his staff was A1. I love this place and highly recommend it!

People work hard there and they wash your car for free on Veteran's Day for a basic wash. I take my cars there, it is easier to keep them clean and I don't have to break my back cleaning. Make sure your car is not junkie when you go there. They also offer different car wash and detailing services. You get a military discount, it's small, but it's the service that matters.
