If I could give 10 stars, I would! Trena is absolutely amazing. I broke my back when i was younger and am still very active today, so I've tried many massage therapists over the years, and nobody has ever matched Trena. I obviously have a lot of complications, and she is very specific to the areas that need it. She asks every time what's bothering me, and she remembers the things that help me most. She also does the back walking, and it's magical for my shoulders. Her prices are fantastic, she's very easy to talk to, annnd she goes above and beyond during our sound healing time as well! Great vibe and very cozy space. 10/10 recommend.

I'm from Arkansas & decided at the last moment to get a massage. I searched for a place & saw that Inner Peace had great reviews. I am so glad Trena was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I have never had such a great massage. I recommend her 100%!!

Trena is hands-down one of the best massage therapists I've ever had in my 30 years of running. Her technique for deep tissue is so much more than just grab and squeeze. I could actually feel my muscles smoothing out and I came out energized with a definite spring in my step. When I awoke this morning, I was not sore and I usually am after deep tissue. It just reinforces that her method is more beneficial than seeing how much pain I can withstand in a massage.

Mom treated me to a last minute birthday treat and Trena got me right in for the Inner Peace Experience.....little did I know this would be the experience id compare all other massages to. She had both hands or feet on me at all times....if you’ve ever gotten that feeling that a massage therapist may be checking their phone while massaging you face down then you know what I’m talking about. Not Trena! This girl is BOSS and so humble, down to earth and definitely an expert in her field. This was my first time but will be sending the hubby here as soon as possible!!

The best massage I have ever had. Been back 2 times since the first one. Ashiatsu is different but Trena is amazing with her technique. So worth it.

Have been going here for about a year. Massage is always consistently great. Trena has expertise in many modalities and does a great job with the consultation before the massage. Nice person too. Overall just great.

This was one of the most relaxing, thorough experiences I've ever had. I've never experienced ashi- atsu but it helped eliminate the stress I'd been carrying for a long time. I cannot wait to book the next one because Trina was absolutely incredible!

I visit every other week for a massage and ion foot bath. The experience is always peaceful, relaxing, and balanced. She works through all of the pressure points in a firm yet gentle way. I'm grateful I found Inner Peace Wellness for the massage and health benefits.

Trena is the best, have been getting massages for months here. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend if you need a great deep tissue massage.
