Hamouri Cosmetic & Family Dentistry

So far so good. Referred by a neighbor, I called as a new patient to get my routine dental care transferred to Dr. Hamouri's practice.

I've got to wait some time in order to get my initial appointment with the hygienist, however I do have a tooth that needs a crown and was quickly granted an appointment within several days. That first visit went very well.

The office is clean and nicely decorated. My wait time was minimal relative to my appointment. They took me to the exam and treatment chair right on time.

Front desk staff are all very courteous. My assessment by the dental assistant and Dr. Hamouri went very well. All very modern equipment. I am scheduled 3 weeks from now to get my crown.

They took my insurance information and based on my benefits, provided me a written estimate of what my services would cost without insurance, with insurance, and with insurance: what the insurance will pay and what my out-of-pocket is. They provided me a written copy of the services they recommend. We'll see how it goes.

It was all very courteous and professional.

So far so good. I recommend this practice so far.

I was very pleased with my experience all the ladies was so nice and Lenette omg her pleasant attitude was out of this world. She explained to me every thing that was taken place, if I didn't understand she would say again until I got it and didn't make me feel like I was crazy. Can't remember the lady name up front with the insurance paperwork but she was amazing as well. Thanks so much everyone. What a wonderful staff.

My dentist that I had been using for years no longer took my insurance, and I had some bad experiences with other dentist offices that did take my insurance so as I was searching for one I could tolerate I found myself needing a root canal. I came across this practice and found the people were extremely polite and were able to get me in within the month as it was not an emergency. She did a magnificent job with my root canal and yesterday a small part of another tooth fell off, I called the office and they were able to fit me in next day in the morning and ended up being able to fix my tooth in between other patients. She runs a clean and respectable practice. I highly recommend this dentist office and am thankful that I found them.

Staff is over the top friendly, insurance savvy, knowledgable and compasionate for those of us who have a fear of dentists! Definitely worth the wait for appointments!

Dr Hamouri and her staff are friendly and professional. They have always been ready to start work on me at my appointed time. She's the best dentist to date that I have been to.

As an owner of a professional service company myself, I read the negative reviews posted and noticed a distinct pattern of comments. The majority of the negative responses address the apparent business transition between a Dr. Bowler and Dr. Hamouri. As I read these negative posts, it seemed evident that most of the patrons simply had expectations based on their experience with Dr. Bowler and were not prepared for any level of change associated with visiting a new professional. Take all of those comments with a grain of salt, as change is simply not easy for many people. It doesn’t mean Dr. Hamouri and her team did a pour job, necessarily, it more likely means they didn’t match someone’s potentially unrealistic expectations.
My experience was quite positive. My hygienist was very enthusiastic, experienced, and professional. Dr. Hamouri radiated positivity and a desire to help with the slightest potential issue that I raised regarding my dental health. They responded promptly, politely, and above all very professionally. My teeth look great and my one sore crown was adjusted and felt better the very next time I ate (hot/cold sensitivity issues). My experience was completely and somewhat unexpectedly positive.
I look forward to many follow up appointments in the future for myself and my entire family.

I came in to have an evaluation for two teeth that were causing a lot of pain. Dr. Hamouri and her staff were all wonderful. Especially Jackie, Lauren and Shauna!!!! I was able to come back later in the day due to a cancellation that they informed me of before I even left the first appointment! They informed me of options as I did not have dental insurance and I feel confident when I say that they are an honest office that truly cares about their patients! I would recommend Hamouri Cosmetic and Family Dentistry to anyone!

Updating in 2024... still loving this dentist practice. I look forward tomy visits every six months… Last year they recommended a crown, the procedure went smooth without any complications.

I am 76 years old, and this is the first dentist who, along with her staff, has made me feel sincerely cared for since I moved to this area in 1975. I've seen one other dentist I liked, but it was a purely business relationship. Dr. Hamouri's staff, which I would assume were chosen by her, are all caring and kind, as is Dr. Hamouri. AND, in addition, the treatment I've received has been done in a timely and efficient manner. I can't say enough good things!

I had a long appointment yesterday because four crowns on my upper front had to be replaced. Dr. Hamouri is so incredibly skilled and gentle that I felt no pain at all. She is so friendly and patient also and addresses all of your concerns and questions. I think that she saved one of my two front teeth. It had been bothering me and I was sure that I would need an implant.
I cannot finish this review without mentioning Courtney, the Dental Assistant who worked with me yesterday. She could not have been more efficient and kind and she did a great job with the temporary crowns, which look better than the originals. She is always super nice. Sasha and Lauren are great also!

Dr. Hamouri is great! Very skilled and gentle, as are the dental hygienists. It's always a pleasure going to this practice.

Best dentist I have ever seen. Dr Hamouri is very nice and extremely knowledgeable . Always explains everything throughly. During my office visit I was also accessed and referred to pcm for possible sleep apnea.
Front desk has always been helpful and respectful. Jackie is very nice and assisted with my insurance questions.
Dental hygienist ( little petite women, could pass as Dr. Hamouri's sister) is excellent. Does great job cleaning my teeth.
Like much better than Dr Bowler. Seen by him for years and had issues that were never addressed. Finally, with Dr Hamouri, my issues have been addressed and getting better.

Our entire family absolutely loves Dr Hamouri. When my Dad, Dr Bowler, retired I was quite nervous .. however, she is simply wonderful! I feel extremely well taken care of and feel equally as comfortable as I always was with my Dad. We are beyond thankful and blessed to have Dr Hamouri in our lives and there to take care of us! Excellent dentist!!!

Dr Hamouri and staff are always so compassionate, thorough and professional when taking care of my elderly mothers dental needs. They truly care about their patients! Grateful they are able to accommodate my wheelchair bound elderly mother and for all the great care they provide to her.

I have been using this dentist office for over 40 years. Dr Hamouri has done a fantastic job after taking over the office when Dr Bowler retired. Dr Hamouri is very caring and professional. The entire staff is friendly and helpful in all ways possible. Highly recommend their services.
