I had a battery issue and Jonathan and Angel helped me find the correct new battery and went the extra mile to test my starting system and install the new battery when some bolts and nuts were rusted together.
Amazing service and would definitely recommend this location.

Over the past few weeks I have purchased remanufactured starter remanufactured alternator they have worked great 👍 I was worried BC it was remanufactured replaced battery I will continue to do business with them

They were extremely kind and welcoming. I was greeted by an employee outside helping someone, then they helped me get rid of some old oil and made sure it wouldn't drip everywhere afterwards, made sure there wasn't anything else I needed, and then they helped me carry some items out to my car without me having to ask for help! Very kind people with pleasant attitudes!

The guy who helped me was amazing. He had no problem helping me. Great customer service. Bought a battery for my Jeep. He took it out and replaced it for me in the hot sun with still excellent customer service. I prefer AutoZone over O'Riely's because of way better customer service.

, you have a really smart employee that works there that help me you have a very smart employee that helped me that knows his stuff his name was Alex I went in there around 1240 and had someone come out to test my altanater and battery I was told the alternater was bad and I left couldn't start the car Alex gave me a jump start and saw that my altenater was loose I tries to give him a tip and he said no

This is my all time favorite parts store Thay help you with it all and if Thay don't know what the problem is Thay will research it untell Thay what the problem is thanks for being a big part of are life's and thanks for letting me know what oil my standard transmission uses

I really wish I remembered the name of the older gentleman who helped me figure out why my mustang wasn't starting. We figured out I needed a new battery since my original was dead dead. I got home and it started right up after no luck for 6 months! He also gave me tips and tricks to keeping up with my battery life. This made my day.

I think her name was Barbara she helped me with an air filter on my car and checked my battery because my car has a hum in it we thought it was the air filter but I am now thinking after the battery being checked as okay and the new air filter and I still have the home not as bad maybe an alternator thank you Barbara if that's what your name is you are great for me

I was with a friend and on crutches too hot to wait in car , they were closing in 30 mins but the man standing at the door was very sweet and helpful he pulled a chair out for me and I noticed they carried a certain type of motor oil for vw and he promised to order extra so they could have some on hand when I went back and they did .

Best experience I've ever had with a parts store. Had a bad battery in my Subaru. Came in expecting to buy the battery and head out. Rico not only took my old battery out (super dirty and gross) he then installed my new one. He helped me find the headlight needed and the fuse. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Great experience

I came here for 2 car batteries that ran into a shipping issue, and the young lady at the front counter did an excellent job helping me locate where I can find one same day, since I was in an extreme pinch for both.

Love this place my only concern is workers should be more patient with people who doesn't speak English very well and make sure they fell welcome and help them out what they wanna get sometime they cant say the part right and its confuse the worker all I need is smiling face and be patient but other than that its amazing every autozone I went to sorry if I offended someone im just hope its help 🙏❤
