Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Wow! This place is super clean! Bathrooms are super clean. The service was an amazing! Not what I expected at all. Most fast food places are dirty with lack of care and the employees act like they are absolutely miserable and DONT CARE!

I was greeted with a smile and I ordered my food; I also ordered a parfait and the gentleman taking my order asked if I would like it after I ate? Mind blown; what great service

Then the food was super hot and delicious. The food was delivered in a timely manner and overall impressed.

Friendly staff. I always order through their app. Food is terrific and order is always just as exactly ordered. Best onion rings ever!!!

Lots of parking. One of the bigger dairy queen's. Has a decent amount of indoor seating. Has a drive through.

Great I've cream. I don't think people realize this is also a full fledged fast food restaurant. Huge variety and fresh... Good stuff.

Now I will preference this review by saying I only use the drive thru so my experience is only relating to that. Every time I go the line is never longer than 2-4 cars and it moves rather fast. The staff seem rather friendly considering it's usually dead. I haven't tried the food at this one specific but I can say the ice cream and fries are good 😊

A bit of a long wait in line but the cotton candy and Oreo blizzard is addicting. Yum!

The guy working the counter was really nice and helpful... another customer also noticed how personable he is and complimented him on it. The restaurant seems to be well maintained and was definitely kept very clean.

Who doesn't love some DQ on a hot day? This is a large, clean location and the food is very good. I love their Blizzards.

My family and I have been coming here for years and today we went in with a bunch of kids and were served by Calen who was so patient and accommodating. He even served us at our table. As customer service is in a continuous decline, Calen has restored my faith that people still have integrity in the work that they do!

The cashier, Sierra was exceptional. Friendly, professional, and her customer service was phenomenal. The food was delicious.

The staff here is very friendly. I love bringing my dog along for a free pup cup!

I didn't expect to see a Dairy Queen anywhere but Texas. My lunch was perfectly prepared. Hot fries not too salty, just the way I like them. Minutes from the beach. Super friendly staff.

Always clean, always courteous staff at this location just South of Northlake in Lake Park. Onion rings are enjoyed, large size, by mom and I weekly. Eat inside or outside or utilize the drive thru. Best Dairy Queen I've been to and you'll love the music and videos too.

This was very very good. I haven't been to a Grill & Chill in years, and remembered it being mediocre. But I had the chicken tender basket, and it was so good! I was surprised. I got it through the drive thru. It was extremely quick. The people were nice. You get a lot of food, good food too, for a very low price. This is one of my go-to places now.

Outstanding service. Kaylen rocks the store making sure everything is perfect. I have never seen a dedicated employee like him before. Thanks for caring about your job.
