IHOP

Place was nearly empty when I arrived in mid afternoon.. Promptly greated and escorted to booth by a window! Server wasted no time getting my order. I ordered the usual - breakfast sampler and COFFEE! Coffee was brought out promptly and meal came about 10 minutes later hot and cooked to order! Very satisfying experience!

I absolutely recommend this establishment! The food is amazing! I had the Turkey Melt with fried onions and my mother had the T-bone and eggs meal. The onions were crunchy and tasty! We enjoyed and loved the whole entire meal!
The waiter, his name is ( Janah) is a pleasant , friendly , knowledgeable and very efficient server! He was right there when we needed him. The hostess was also super nice as well! Wonderful service!
I'm not from Virginia, I'm here on vacation and I've been to other IHOP restaurants and I'm telling you that this one here is the best I've been to (in my opinion). I'm so pleased with THIS IHOP restaurant!

Today was a very busy Sunday morning. It was hectic and there were many frustrating customers. I had the honor of having Letisha as my waitress. She was organized, calm, and classy during the rush of people. She also had a very good energy and smile on her face the whole time which made me feel welcome. She absolutely made my morning! :)

The waitress, Heather, was right over as soon as we were seated. It only took about 10 minutes to get our food. She checked on us numerous times throughout our stay. We will be back.

These guys know how to throw down in the kitchen. The staff is helpful and efficient. They could benefit from a few more smiles though. The atmosphere is usually one of 2 extremes. Its either like a chuck e cheese or a funeral parlor. Food is superb here.

Ordered one of the new salads which was delicious. Server was very attentive. A bit of a wait to get our food but we were in no hurry.

I tried the chicken crepes and wow they were sooo good I’ll be getting them every time now! Best kept iHop in Hampton Roads area we have been to the staff here were professional seemed hard working and polite. Keep up the good work!

i’ve been going here since i was a kid and everything is always very lovely! i love each and every quality about it. also get their pancakes always! and eggs, my most favorite ever

My man and I usually visit this establishment. The food is great and usually no problems at all except for our last time there. There were a handful of patrons at the time. We needed a couple of minutes to look at the menu and decide so she said she'd come back. But she did not but thankfully another waitress came over and took our order. Our waitress never came back for a refill order or even checked on us. As we're getting ready to leave she asked us if we wanted a refill then. Two waitresses and five booths were being occupied but still waitresses didn't have time to check on us. We usually visit in the morning so it looks like we will have to keep it to mornings to have a good staff.

Service as it should be! Courtesy didn't feel fake, and the food looked and tasted fantastic! Absolutely coming back! Thank you for a genuine eat-out experience!

Food was great, service was a little slow but she was really nice

This place satisfied my omelet and breakfast needs. Tisha was an awesome server and helped us out wonderfully.

Was very crowded, but the staff was friendly and quick to find me a table, and not only that, but much quicker than I anticipated in preparing the food. Efficiency at its peak along with an accurate mouthwatering order.

LOVE IHOP! They've raised prices, but who hasn't? Quick service, accommodating staff, variety of menu selections.....most can be done your way.

GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE I live closer to 2 other IHOP’s however I rather come here, great fresh food always polite . The food is always perfect not dry very fluffy pancakes crispy bacon and good coffee . I rather just come here for breakfast

My daughter and I came in Saturday morning for breakfast before hitting the road out of town. The atmosphere was so pleasant. The employees were so nice and kind. Our server which I'm so sorry We don't remember his name, but for some reason I watch to call him Dexter. He was AWSOME! Took care of both of our needs with no problems!! He was so kind to my daughter and kept my coffee pot full!! The place was clean and nice. The food was amazing!! Thank you Yorktown IHOP!!!

Wonderful staff and fantastic food. If you need a Gluten friendly cinnamon roll fix, this is a short stack of heaven sent goodness! THAT'S RIGHT! In case you missed the memo, Gluten friendly options!
