My daughter sees Dr. Brownfield and he is absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would definitely recommend. He honestly truly makes you feel like you are heard when it comes to concerns about your child. He will also take the time to sit down and explain everything to you like what it is or what it means which is great. He is great with kids as well!

I personally don't have a problem with how busy or delayed they are sometimes, I'd rather wait an extra 30 mins and have really good care, which my kids get here.

I've been going to this practice for a few years now and today I was absolutely blown away. My daughter had her well vist appointment with Dr.Brownfeild today and he was incredible with her, he took his time got to know her and play with her a little bit to get her comfortable. Normally she screams the whole time and just wants to leave. She even got shots today and walked out of there with no tears. I just felt like he deserved s shout out because there is definitely not many doctors like that ❤

My daughter sees Dr.Preedom and we love her! My daughter is super comfortable around her. She takes the time to listen and answer all of our questions. Due to me having concerns about my daughter not talking at 18 months she asked if I wanted her to be put in early intervention to help with her speech. She’s very proactive.

My son sees Dr.Snider and we also love her! My son had very bad problems with reflux at only a couple of days old. She gave us tips to help and samples of formula to try. Then at a couple months old he had very strange symptoms. After talking to Dr.Snider about it she diagnosed my son within minutes with a rare syndrome that only 1% of children have. She got him on medication that has helped and referred him to a pediatric GI.

Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable and will do anything to help my kids. You might have to wait a little while to be seen but I’m okay with it because I know they don’t rush any of their patients and want to actually help you.

I have seen other doctors on sick visits and I’ve been impressed with all of them except Dr.Mogen. To me it seemed like she could careless about my concerns and was annoyed with my toddler acting like a typical toddler. Other than that every doctor I’ve seen has been super professional and helpful!

Dr. Snider is one of the best pediatric doctors I’ve come across. She takes her time with her patients and informs the parents on any information they may need. I know people don’t like the wait time but I want my children to be taken care of and not rushed through like another number so I respect the fact they do the same with other patients or if a child needs to be seen before my child because of a urgent situation (I’d expect the same) this is a great office and I highly recommend it. Worth the wait for my family.

I love Dr. Mogen and the staff at NRV Pediatrics in Radford! They're very kind and caring. Dr. Mogen helped us out when we weren't even patients yet. She didn't have to, but she truly cares for children and their parents. She told me to take my son to the ER when I wasn't sure what to do (before my son was a patient), and all of the doctors and nurses at Carilion NRV Medical Center had great things to say about her. We have seen Dr. Preedom and Dr. Snider for several sick visits. They're both very caring and knowledgeable, as well. It's makes me happy to see others care so much for my baby. The nurses here are also wonderful. I suggest NRV Pediatrics to everyone who asks! I love that they have on call staff when they aren't open. They have always been so helpful if I don't know what to do and I have questions.

I have never had an issues with this office. Both of my boys have been going here for over the past 5 years. They even worked with me, when at times I had no insurance. I have seen most of the doctors that work here, but my preferred doctor is of course Dr.Snider.

I WAS A LPN AT THE HOSPITAL OFFICE YRS AGO. WORKED WITH DR WALKER DR STICKLEY DR MOGAN DR COOK. I LOVED MY JOB THERE. FANTASTIC DRS AWESOME PATIENTS. I LOVED GOING TO WORK EVERYDAY. RECEPTIONIST Edna Marshall & i worked together. Loved each other like sisters. Wonderful drs who really put their patients first. Caring & loving. Our office was fun to come to. I take my daughters and son here they are great!! They are sound kind and gentle with my kids so nice to me if I don't understand something they don't get upset they'll help me understand!! All the staff is nice and so are the nurses!!

After being a patient here myself as a child i know they will and do treat my own child the best I could ever ask for! I wish dr. Walker hadn’t retired because he was the best!

They are usually running behind a little on appointments but the courteous staff and great physicians more than make up for it. My kids love Dr. Snider and she reciprocates that love back to them.

I just love Dr. Preedom, she always has the best bedside manners, she listens & answers our questions. She's very knowledgable & really cares about her patients.

The pediatricians at the location in radford are amazing! They are extremely nice and take well care of my daughter when we go. Would recommend anyone who has kids go to this place they are a blessing!

I appreciate the care Dr. Snider gives my 3 girls. They love her because she is very genuine and nurturing! She is very proactive and considerate.

My son and daughter both see Dr. Mogen and she is amazing! We could not ask for a better doctor! The office staff are very nice and very accommodating.

Always have loved the staff, environment and location. The new renovations are pretty awesome!!!

Dr Bailey is by far the best pediatrician I have taken my children to. All of the staff are great.

My pediatrician from my childhood and the same doctor is now my son's. Love the office, couldn't ask for better.
