TPMG Grafton Family Medicine

I LOVED LOVED LOVED Dr. Murray! She was patient and listened to all of my concerns when I have been dismissed and given poor advice by other GPs. As a woman of color, being dismissed is something that I have experienced many times in regards to medical care. I felt heard. She gave me an action plan and made me feel like I was well taken care of!

I have been going to this office for a while now and love the provider that I am seeing. Provider Munshower does an amazing job at making sure my concerns are addressed and does amazing with following up as well. I really appreciate how she does take her time and her and her staff do a great job at running efficiently.

NEW PATIENT: Had a recent office visit with Dr. Murray. During the visit, Dr. Murray was extremely patient, knowledgeable, engaged, thorough, professional and informative. She listened and took her time assessing every concern/health issue I had. I left there "MENTALLY" feeling better, in spite of physical pain (SHE HEARD ME). I truly feel like we can make headway on my health(y) journey. My husband is scheduled to see her next. Thank you, TMPG Grafton FM and Dr. Murray (recommend)

Was taken on time for my appointment. Vitals were taken by the nurse and she was very friendly and considerate. PA Morgan was on time and explained thoroughly my bloodwork results. Asked if I had any questions and then proceeded to do my exam . Always pleased with this office and the entire staff! Receptionists, nurses, Dr. And PA!!!

Stephanie Barnes is very good at what she does. She is very thorough and informative. Always a smile on her face and great sense of humor. When she diagnoses the issue she explains what’s going on very well and goes into great deal on options for treatment. She makes you feel important and no doubt she cares about her patients. A++++

Dr Jesus Lizarzaburu is great doctor and so is the practice. He takes his time to make sure you never feel rushed and listens to the patient and makes sure to treat all the patients concerns. Best PCP around.

PA Nicole, was excellent. She was very accommodating by getting me an appointment on such short notice; she was efficient, professional and informative. I feel with the medicine she prescribed I’m already on the mend. I will be following up next week.....thank you TPMG Grafton

The staff of the Grafton TPMG were very nice and cordial. I was very nervous, since it was my first new patient visit, but Shantel and Dr. Jackson made me feel at ease and comfortable.

I've been with this practice since 2003. Dr. Lizarzaburu, FNP Barnes, and PA Marybeth and staff do a very good job. On some occasions the communications get crossed, but they really do work hard to take care of their patients. I especially respect, and appreciate "Dr .L", who is a great listener, friendly, doctor. I am fortunate and blessed to have him a my physician, and appreciate his professional, laid back approach...I recommend this practice to anyone seeking one.

Awesome virtual visit! I know my PA probably had a hard time seeing my I&D incisions because I was using my phone, but she didn’t complain! I love TPMG Grafton Family Medicine! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very prompt with appointments, referrals, and refills!

I saw Stephanie Barnes, NP and once again she didn't disappoint me. She is always full of compassion, words of wisdom and knows all of my health problems in my chart just as well as my regular PCP
She continues to provide a great listening ear, great feedback, offer fantastic resources to try instead of just grabbing the RX pad first. A VERY top notch health care provider.

I was able to get an appointment with Stephanie Barnes very quickly. She professionally diagnosed my condition, provided advice on recovery, called in a prescription and wished me well. Twenty-four hours later, I'm feeling significantly better.

Doctor Lizarzaburu is a great doctor. When I have a problem, he takes it seriously, and he solves it. I would recommend him to anyone.
I do have some problems with TPMG. The latest is their online pre checkin. I have done it several times for various TPMG appointments. The problem is there are at least 6 or more pages much of which is redundant (such as all of my points of contact). I gave you the information, so simply ask me if I would like to update it, instead of presenting page after page of old stuff. I know someone thinks all of that check in stuff is important but it is simply .a waste of time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hollingsworth for many years. I love the new office and friendly nurses. I have always been very happy with Dr. Hollingsworth’s care and the time he commits to my visits. He listens and is very thorough. I am grateful to him and happy to have such a kind medical provider.

In 45 years of being on this wonderful planet never have I had a doctor who is more amazing than this man. I drive over 60 plus miles just to see him. He is the definition of customer service! I have never recommended a doctor before but now I recommend him and his team to everyone I talk to.

I have been a patient of Marybeth Morgan for years and she is amazing. I love her assistant Sammy.Both are professional yet very comforting. I recommend Marybeth to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I always find the staff very courteous and helpful and I’m very satisfied with the doctors who always spend time with me and seem very caring, bright and capable. One suggestion I have at Grafton Family Medicine; fix the handicap button for opening door that is outside the main entrance. It’s not working and door is very to open by hand.

I have been coming to TPMG for many years. I always expect good service, smiling faces, and excellent care and I am never disappointed. Thank you for being my care team for so many years and hopefully for more to come.

Very personable staff, love Mary Beth, my PA. She takes time and doesn't rush patients. She listens, answers questions, and is helpful. Wait time is very short.

I just love everything about the place. Most of all I love the kind and pleasant people's that work there, there has never been a time we're I have gone there and the place was not clean never. I would follow my great kind and very sweet pleasant doctor anywere, Mary Beth Morgan she the best and so carein and understanding. I just thank my God for each and everyone of y'all.
