First experience with Zargon was recently in buying my son a necklace with cross. The necklace clasp had broken so I brought it in to repair. Melissa took it, gave me a ticket and got my information to call me when ready. They had it done sooner than expected and upon arriving to pick it up they told me that they would not charge me anything. That was just amazing. I didn’t meet the owner, Debbie, personally but Melissa made me feel like I was family. I have a few pieces that I can use some help with of my own especially older watches that need battery changes and I plan on coming back to take it to them. My new favorite jewelry shop. I found some of my Mom's jewelry after she passed that were damaged and needed to be repaired. A co-worker recommended this place and I couldn't be happier with the service. They took care of everything and repaired the jewelry perfectly. I also had batteries put in 2 of my watches for a great price. The cost for everything was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. I have been coming to Zargon for every jewelry-related need-- and there is a VERY good reason for that. Melissa and Debbie are friendly, professional and helpful, and the quality of the work I have received (from repairs to polishes) has never been anything less than exemplary! Most notably, I have never been pressured into having work done that isn't anything but necessary... which is probably the most important thing to me

Great repair service and excellent selection available! My experience with Melissa was a pleasure as she was able to answer my questions definitively and was very attentive as an employee. Additionally the work was quality with a fair price. Would definitely recommend especially because of their varied, unique jewelry for sale.

This month for Valentines day and after 23 years of marriage, we decided it was time to upgrade. We purchased the most gorgeous new engagement/wedding ring. I had been searching on line for ideas. I have shopped at Zargon Jewelers many times over 30 plus years. Today I picked up a pair of dangle earrings that I wanted converted to post type earrings and it turned out beautiful. The work was done to perfection. This is a family owned small business with great service and a great selection of jewelry. Stop by and take a look. Or do Iike I did and alter a piece of jewelry that is not being worn to something of beauty that will be worn!

Five sparkly stars for Zargon, and Melissa, the Jewelry associate who helped me was such a delight! I'll def. be going to back to her should I ever need anything jewelry-related again. Not only she made sure they resized my g/f's ring perfectly, but the entire experience was a delight. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions patiently, and even shared some fun facts about jewelry. She voluntarily brought out a diamond tester, explained to me what the purpose of it was, and how it worked. When i picked up the ring, she re-tested it in front of me giving me the confidence that the stone was the same. The whole thing was quick and painless. I brought my watch in to get the band adjusted and I have experienced the most wonderful service. As soon as I walked into the door they treated me like an old friend. They also have fantastic jewelry, from antiques to modern. It's a really cute shop.

This is my first time going to Zargon Jewelers and the ladies in there are amazing! I would like to give a special thanks to Christine for ensuring we got what we needed done quickly and having the amazing customer service skills to bring us back for all our jewelry needs. My mom and I got our watch batteries replaced in a timely manner and at a great price.

The store is in a great location, clean, has bright, functional lighting on the inside, and has security measures in place before you even walk through the door (they have to let you in). They also have a wide selection of quality jewelry. Give them a visit!

I had purchased a custom made bracelet from an artican in Wyoming. Beautiful bracelet, but a total nightmare for me to put on my wrist. I had heard Zargon Jewelers was the best in the area, so I took the bracelet to them. They met, and exceeded, their reputation. The jewelers and staff at Zargon Jewelers were amazing. They watched me try to put the bracelet on, and saw where I was struggling. In the photo below you can see the old lobster claw clasp. They saw that the clasp just wasn’t working for me, and that the clasp needed to be on the other side because I am left handed. They really thought outside the box and found a clasp that I had never seen before. After they changed the old clasp to this new clasp and put it on the other side, I had no problem putting the bracelet on. I loved their tenacity in finding a wonderful solution to this most frustrating problem. Zargon now has a new client for life. Thanks again Zargon Jewelers. You’re the best!

What an incredibly experienced staff. I needed a very precious piece of jewelry repaired and they fixed it to perfection! They cleaned it and it look better then when I brought it in. What an awesome place. Professionals, experienced, kind, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!.

This jewelry store is by far the best jeweler in all of South Florida.
The owner will custom make anything you can imagine she only puts top quality stones into every piece.
I have never seen a jeweler go above and beyond for every customer making you feel like you may be the only customer which clearly is not the case.
Their pieces are unique and beautiful they also offer lay away which is unheard of in this day and age. I would never shop anywhere else

Had a wonderful experience with everyone there. From our first interaction Deb helped me create the perfect engagement ring and crafted it exactly how I pictured it. Between that and the wedding bands, it was done with such detail. Overall, very cute store as well if you are looking to shop things besides rings
