Good customer service. At this location, all of the store representatives were helpful and polite.

I needed new pocket-sized antibacterial scented bottles, and Bath & Body Works had a new fall line of them. They all mostly smelled great. They are 5 for $8.00, and I bought what I needed. Very nice staff.

Staff is always willing to help. Just hate that bath and body works keep changing the scents 😩 you fall in love with a scent then it's discontinued

This is by far the best B&BW location in this part of Broward - great Semi Annual Sale selections twice a year, best candle day selection, and exciting well stocked year round inventory. Staff at Tower Shops is absolutely amazing - Rachel was so sweet and went above and beyond for me during my visit!!

I usually go to the Tower Shops location, but this store had the pumpkin snickerdoodle candle in stock. The displays are beautiful! So much to look at! It's a little farther for me, but I'll definitely come back.

Kim was very helpful and Leandra checked me out and was very patient with me (foot issues). Both explained to me the use of the coupons. I really appreciate them all. I didn't get one associate name. She helped me with my bags to the door. There was no way I could have done it on crutches. Thank You so very much.

With Covid I hardly take my child out since he’s a newborn however I was the first one in the store today and the ladies were so helpful and understanding! If you ever shop with a baby you know how difficult it is, I greatly appreciate this customer service and your help today.

Very nice store. In general those places are very nice and the attention is very good. In specific, that location is really enjoyable because you can have personal space to buy yours things with patient. The discounts are very nice too. My happy place when there isn't a crowd. So excited about their new Christmas scent. Just discovered some car scents that are new for me. This location's layout feels a bit cramped for some reason, but the staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful a d informative. The young woman that assisted me was very helpful in finding me a similar scent to the one I was originally looking for. The discontinued Vanilla bean noel because it is a christmas scent, she helped me find warm vanilla. I am overall very happy with the experience.

Wonderful place. Lots of new product and the associates are all super helpful. Everything is cleaned every other customer. Also the manager Xavier is super sweet! Glad to be a regular here.

The employees are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They were also available to assist the customers. The store was clean and well stocked.

Great little store. My wife loves this place! Great deals during their semiannual sales (after Christmas and sometime in June). They also have pretty decent coupons too, both in the mail and email.

Have I mentioned how much I love this store? Well if I haven't, I enjoy shopping here, I love my scented candles as well as my hand soap, (mint mojito is one of my favorites) among others. Can't get enough of the lotion and body spray. Love, love,love it.

Service was great ... Walk in and was immediately help ... I just had surgery and was needing help ... Assistant was available immediately .. She carried the bag and help me through my stay ... Very grateful and satisfied ... Thanks Lady on Davie who helped me ...
