Runner's Depot, Davie

Runner’s Depot is my go to store for running shoes. I love that they have a board to list who is up next so nobody feels skipped over or ignored. Instead, you get personal attention and assistance. For the past few years I have been fortunate to have Chuck assist me. I also love that the store has great deals and specials. This time I left with two new pairs of sneakers and a free pair of socks too. And yes, I bought a snack too as they have a great selection of pre-run and post-run snacks. I’ll be back for my next pair too 👟

I recently purchased a pair of runners shoes in this Runners Depot store. I wanted to make it a point to write this review. The sales person went far and beyond in helping me make my selection. What a wonderful experience
We worked with Mike told him what we were looking for in walking shoes. He listened attentively... Sat us down measure our feet... Did a thermal readout of pressure placed on our feet n brought out the exact sneakers we needed. It doesn't get any easier n knowledgable than this . You can't do better than Runner's Depot for runners n walkers. Mike is just awesome

As a new runner, I had an amazing experience with Tyler. He fit me with my first official pair of running shoes and was very informative and patient during the process. I will definitely be coming back!

My first time ever in a runners depot and I had a very pleasant experience. It’s not like most shoe stores. They actually care and I have a bad back and the person who helped me (Chuck) was such a pleasure and did a great job! He measured my foot, watched me walk to get a better understanding and discussed my back pain with me to ensure I would get the most from the shoe I decided to purchase. I would recommend coming here and ask for Chuck!

This store has changed my life for the better. For years, I have thought that I needed support sneakers in a women's 10 to address my supination ("duck walk"). How wrong I was. Chuck, one of the owners, measured my feet, informed me that I am a women's 11, and then explained that my supination is due to high arches. I need a neutral shoe and inserts. Then he asked how I would use the shoes (training for my first half marathon). In a store full of shoes at all price points, Chuck outfitted me with a pair of Brooks Ghosts and pair of Hoka Cliftons. Then he showed me how to put them on properly (whacking my heel against the ground at an angle to make sure I maximize room in the toe box) and added the inserts. I've never had someone put so much thought and care into a shoe selection before, and it has made my training runs more comfortable.

In case you think this is a store for runners only, think again. Chuck also outfitted my hard-to-fit 11 year-old with a great pair of shoes for school and the playground. We were able to make an appointment in advance, during a time when the store was less busy and distracting.

All in all, I highly recommend Runner's Depot in Davie to anyone looking for sneakers, gear, and great advice.

What an exceptional shopping experience at the Runner’s Depot store in Davie, Florida! From the moment I entered the store, I was warmly welcomed by Laura, who is, without a doubt, one of the most knowledgeable, intelligent, and professional staff members I have ever had the pleasure. of meeting in any store. I am not a runner - but in my senior years, I have done an extraordinary amount of traveling and walking, which has led to a very painful heel. Laura listened to my specific issues, and with incredible patience proceeded to help me try on several pairs of sneakers. In the end, I purchased a pair of Hoka Bondi 8. Later in the day, I returned to buy a second pair and was enthusiastically helped by David and Mike. My deepest gratitude to the entire staff for one of the most pleasant shopping adventures I have ever experienced!

We made a quick pit stop to Runner’s Depot during a layover and it saved our vacation! Mike helped fit my wife and I into new running/walking shoes that fit us better than any shoes have in the past. He took time and effort to ensure it would be a quality purchase, and he was awesome to talk to. Great selection that we couldn’t find anywhere else - so much so that we came back twice before our next flight. Big thanks to this team - highly recommend.

Extremely happy with my first experience here! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered help. Kathy was very efficient and listened to what I needed then gave me her recommendations accordingly. Also appreciate that I wasn't rushed at all even though I came in 10 minutes till closing. Would definitely come again and recommend! :)

What a great experience. If you wan to do your feet some good as a walker or runner, you have to check this place out. Our salesman Ron was excellent. No pressure. Just try on shoes and let the merchandise speak for itself. I was so happy with my shoes I took them out for a 3 mile walk... Fantástico
