First time, excellent experience! The store associate went above and beyond to help, they honored my email discount and she advised me of completing my profile for additional news and discounts. Thank you! :)

Always a positive experience at this location! The girls here are so nice and helpful and always are attentive and actually pay attention to customers instead of chatting with each other like other locations. This one is worth the extra drive.

So I’ve not been to the store YET!! However, I called at 7:55pm; five minutes before closing and I got Kirsten on the phone. Such a kind & friendly voice and extremely willing not only to help but go WAY above and beyond!!

I was calling for a specific shoe in a specific size & online showed them available at this Davie location. I was hoping they would ship it from there to me in East Delray Beach, and save me the 45 minute drive. Unfortunately, their system does not allow for that. You must be present to make a purchase!

I said no problem and figured I would make my way down eventually or just order them online…but Kirsten was like “oh that’s far, I’ve an idea… How about I call our other stores? that are closer to you and save you the drive?”

I said wow, Really? Thank you but that’s a lot of extra work for you and I know you are closing. I can call them myself, but thank you so much …

Kirsten went on to say… “ I will probably reach them faster since their caller ID will show it is another store contacting them… Plus, Sometimes their inventory is not updated online and they just might have them in stock. I really wouldn’t mind Courtney, would you like me to see if another location closer to you has them available?”

Wow!! I was floored and so pleased to be chatting with someone as awesome as Kirsten!! And not just because she was helping me! She proceeded to call not one but three locations and found them available for me!

Kirsten is a stellar individual, someone who enjoys helping others, and goes out of their way to ensure their happiness! Very friendly, smart, and kind! The world could use a few more Kirsten‘s around, we’d all benefit! 🙌🏼💛

Superb service and well organized store that keeps me coming back. Best part of Tilly's is the devoted staff that are there to assist at the very minute you go through those doors. They assist on online ordering too, especially if an item is out of stock in their shop.

Great services over here, Brian was so helpful, he literally safe my trip, he deserves a rise definitely!!! So good
