What a nice little park. They have drinking fountains, restrooms, plenty of benches and places to have a picnic. They have a couple of nice short walking trails. The only thing I wish they would add is a few more garbage cans. We had a large group of children for a picnic, and the closest trash can was on the trail. A few more trash cans might also help with all the litter in the park. I definitely recommend checking out this cute little park.

This park packs a mighty little punch of beauty with every single turn! I loved the crickets the most; it was amazing to see such large insects up close and personal. The pink pineapple tree (or schrub...bush..?) was a first-time see for me and truly a work of art, from mother nature. The bamboo forest was magical and mystical, all while creating the "Zen out here" vibe.

My child loved it here. The vast openess of the park and playground. The mini nature trail that children can go through and families is great for making memories and time. The other little families met there are very sweet. A sense of community. I live that experience for my little. Will definitely be back. The ONLY downside is no lighting when we were there.

This park is a nice hidden gem in North Port. I went to it on a lark, but it packs a lot into a medium-sized space that was perfect for my kids.

The five senses garden is a really nice paved walkway that loops around several types of gardens. It is close to a road so you can hear traffic when it goes by, but there is a fence and plenty of plants, trees, and shrubbery to insulate it enough that it isn't a distraction from the garden.

The playground area is really nice. It has a playground for younger kids separate from the older kids' playground. There are plenty of different types of equipment to keep the kids occupied. Some, if not all, of the equipment is handicap accessible.

There is also a nice little paved trail through some pinetrees and shrubbery durecrly adjacent to the playground. It is actually longer than you think, but not too long and doesn't take you too far from the playground.

Overall, my kids definitely loved it, and we will go back next time we are in the area.

Two excellent parks in one. Garden of the five senses has picnic tables and paths with plant displays including inspiring and educational messages. Truly lovely. Just a few feet away is Boundless Adventure, the best inclusive playground for many miles. Truly world class.
And Warm Mineral Springs is just down the road (and evolving!) Make a day of it! Congrats to North Port planners for this recreation area. World class destinations have world class parks, and this fits the bill.

I highly recommend the Garden of the Five Senses. I live a few miles away and never realized this treasure was there! They have trails, beautiful gardens, a play area for kids, butterflies, sculptures and much more. It's a great place for a peaceful walk or to take photos.

Lovely place to watch, observe and interact with nature. Very kid-friendly. We love searching for caterpillars on the milk-weed and finding tadpoles in the little pond.

Great park, lots for the kids to do and the ground is a nice soft rubbery material that's good for catching them if they fall. Nice trails in the area and some gardens throughout. There are water fountains but the water is not always cold so bring a drink!

Absolutely GORGEOUS little park. Very family friendly! Two sides to the park, one for itty bitties and one for older kids. Plenty of swings and other things to do. Even a small nature walk here. Aside from that on the other side there is a small little bamboo garden with a pond, butterfly garden with other polinators buzzing around. Cacti, jasmine, firebush and plenty of other pretty flowers and plants here. If you come at the right time tou can even pick mangos and loquats right off the trees! Truly is a favorite of mine.
