Lovely place! Really like it! It's sad that the last hurricane destroyed it. Hopefully, some repairs and remodeling will be done soon. As the day price is too expensive, and still, the charges for the kid are way too high.

Wasn't super busy since it was 97 degrees out. However, the water was nice and cool compared to the heat of the day. Spent about an hour there in the afternoon. If I lived closer and not a day trip. I would go more often.

5 ladies went, and we had a lovely day. The water was a comfortable temperature. Must wear water shoes, no jewerly, bathrooms are your changing room. Lots of repair work yet to be done on original building. Very nice day for only $11. We all would go again. No restaurant. Bring your own. They do allow you to go out to eat as long as you have your wristband on.

I enjoy this place very much. It's not a place for children, but for the mature type that is looking for a place for some calm, peaceful r&r.

Old Florida at its best. Nice grassy park with the only public "warm" mineral spring. Still not warm enough for my taste in winter, but it would be cozy in summer. Renovations currently mean no facilities other than the gift shop and portable bathroom trailer. When finished it should be really nice.

This place is Mystical! it has a very interesting lore about it which is very intriguing. I would suggest you watch some you tube videos about the unique and strange wonders of this place. I couldn't help but feel a weird and ominous presence the whole time I was in the healing waters soaking and floating around. At one point I had a strange lil old lady swim up to me out of nowhere and just stare into my eyes. As she swam next to me she repetitively hit my leg with her arm over and over. Later on while I was in the shallow end she appeared again! This time just a few feet away. She stared into my eyes again and began to do this mesmerizing mermaid dance as if she were going to put me in a trance. This went on for several minutes until I looked away. However when I turned back around she was gone and completely disappeared!!! I looked everywhere in the water and on land yet there was no trace of her. Did she return to the depths of the sinkhole? Was this a real life Mermaid? I really don't know but it was definitely a unique and weird experience. I went home feeling the healing effects of the water and couldn't help but think about the Mermaid. Oh, and FYI... boy did I stink after getting dried off. Highly recommend this experience.

It is kind of a crazy place. The water is clear and cool. The minerals cause your skin to be soft and smooth. Even though there are many people in the water it is a very calm and quiet place. It is worth a visit to the original "Fountain of Youth".

What a cool experience! Water is 85 degrees all the time, almost 200 feet deep, and the water replaces itself every two hours. The mineral rich water was a little stinky but not so much that it bothered me at all. We wore swim shoes and brought pool noodles and a hat which made it a perfect way to just float in the center.

Definitely an experience! $20 will get you a unique wellness treatment whose health benefits are endless. People have reported joint pain and swelling going away after just one visit. After paying at the counter and going through the changing room, the tunnel of a hallway dumps you onto a well manicured lawn around a small lake, trimmed by tall palm trees with chairs sprinkled underneath them around the perimeter of the lake. The air smells like sulfur ( aka eggs ) but the smell is light and not pungent. The waters are warm and you can feel the mineral springs hitting you here and there while swimming clockwise around the lake. The crowd is predominantly Eastern European and older, most people stay around the perimeter and “walk” the lake. You can also swim a smaller circle, that is much deeper because the lake is basically a sink hole. The water is greenish and filled with microscopic algae and a fish or two, but nothing harmful. It’s recommended to stay in the water for as long as you can for maximized benefits. No coolers allowed but you can get stamped and leave for lunch.
Open 9-5. Accepts Visa, MC, Discover but no Amex.

I loved it. Like a little fountain of youth. Chairs and lounge chairs are included with the admission and parking is free. Restrooms include both the portables and the nicer trailer. My recommendation in warm weather states is to get a good pair of quick-drying board shorts, I never have to worry about changing.

Our families' first time here and it was wonderful! Gorgeous place. Bathrooms, showers, a gift shop and clear water. Swimming in the middle of it is pretty cool, will definitely bring goggles next time and we will definitely be back soon!

Facility is currently under construction. But it is still well maintained and fairly clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience overall. There are three sections in the pool, kids section (up to 10), teens section (11-16) and adults section ( 17 and up) that's the deepest part of the pool.

Interesting... however it's expensive. Prices are posted online, so it's not a surprise. Chairs are available, trees provide shade if you don't want to be in the sun. Restrooms are available.

We visit the Springs every chance we get. Water temp is 87°F (30.5°C) year round and at only $20/day for non residents it`s an affordable way to spend the day while on vacation.
Coolers are not allowed in, although you can bring snacks or go out to your car, eat then go back in.
There are always 2 lifeguards on duty & a kids area where the water is shallow (most times we have been there, there has only been a couple children or none at all). A buoy line around the deep part of the springs keeps you from accidentally ending up over your head.
They do offer some services now like massages and there is a small gift shop.
There is a slight smell of sulphur but after a few minutes you won`t notice it anymore. Your skin is going to feel amazing after spending the day there :)

Really beautiful, really natural and a lovely place to just chill and feel nice.
Definitely need to look at the weather and plan ahead though.
The two days I have been so far the water was cold at first but it ends up being rather pleasant. The days I went on it wasn’t very warm.

Amazing place highly recommend to visit. Very nice people to chat while cruising along the lake. They still fixing a lot of structures that was ruined by the hurricane in Sept 2022 but overall it’s in good shape.
God bless Florida 🌴

It's 83°-87° year round. We went on a cold 60° day and it was warm but not as warm as one would think. Of course it was freezing out. You can smell the Sulphur in the air from the springs. Once you get in the mineral spring water the smell of Sulphur is not so intense. They have Tarpon, Alligator Gar fish swimming around. Which was shocking to us we wouldn't of thought fish would be in the mineral water.
It's a good size spring. I would recommend coming. Besides the minerals are wonderful for our bodies. 🙂

This place is absolutely delightful; a slice of Old Florida. The water is completely gorgeous, at a constant 85 degrees year round. It’s crystal clear until about mid day, when, with so many people there, they kick up the bottom a little bit. I did not hear one person speaking English; everyone there seemed to be Russian, Polish, Ukrainian or have other Slavic accents. Lots of elderly people come, apparently because they believe the high mineral content helps with various ailments, but people of all backgrounds come to enjoy the clear spring head waters and swim. The water smells slightly like hard-boiled eggs and tastes slightly like salt water. The 85 degree temperature makes for great swimming, snorkeling or even floating on your back, which is easy to do, due to the mineral content. Bring a mask and a snorkel, sunscreen, hat, snacks, water, a fun noodle and a towel and plan to relax in the beautiful environment. You’ll enjoy the continual old world political conversations as well. They also have a Spa where you can indulge in a massage or facial services. Great way to spend a day! Warm Mineral Springs is located in North Port, Florida. From Highway 41 turn onto Ortiz, Boulevard. Ortiz Boulevard is an unassuming two Lane residential street. Travel about7/10 of a mile and turn right on San Servando Ave. Parking is free. Admission is $20 for an adult non-Charlotte County resident for all day, 9 am to 5 pm. Lockers are available at no extra cost if you leave a photo ID.
