Great visit as always! I've been using Flat Creek Dentistry for 11+ years, and you can't go wrong with Lisa and Dr. Padgett (my favorite combo)! I love how they are thorough, and they don't go "looking" for issues. I've had a dentist in the past that always looked for trouble, and it's a great change to have someone who wants the best for your teeth and not your wallet. Office is clean, staff is friendly, and you get in and out! See you in 6 months!

I had a great experience with Dr. Burk and her staff! The office is warm and inviting, from check in to check out everyone was polite and professional. Dr. Burk took her time explaining my procedure and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish! Thank you for a great first visit!!

Kelley has been my dental hygienist for several years now. She is kind, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentists have been personable, friendly, and accommodating. I've never had to wait for more than a minute or two before being brought back for my appointment. Great service.

My hygienist, Lisa, did her usual great job of cleaning my teeth. I am so pleased with this practice even after nearly 30 years of care at Flat Creek Dentistry and the forerunner "Brooks and Kagler." Throughout these 30 years, appointments there have always been promptly executed (which we patients appreciate immensely!)

Mt first vist at Flat Creek Family Dentistry was a great experience. I had my prior dentist for 25 years- he retire on me. I was very nervous about the whole new dentist and hygienist thing. But my hygienist Ms Lisa was AWESOME and calmed my nerves very quickly. and Dr Illig was through and gentile with a great personality.

Today was my first visit to get a tooth repaired and the service was excellent. Madi and Dr. Burk was beyond amazing. I appreciate them talking me through everything they were doing. It made my experience more bearable and much more at ease. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care for sure!

Dr. Burk and her staff of Dental Hygienist and front desk staff are absolutely top notch and hand down the best Dental practice in PTC. She and her staff are kind compassionate and professional and I highly recommend them. I will miss her and her team as we relocate back to our home state.

I have been with them for over 20 years and have not once been disappointed with any of the work they have performed (and I’ve had a lot!).
Kelley is the best hygienist I’ve ever encountered. Her positive attitude is off the charts and I never have any worries when I have my dental checkups and cleanings. And Dr. Padgett surpasses my expectations every time! ! She is such a competent professional and an incredibly nice person and can always set me at ease with her great sense of humor and the honest care she gives! Pick any word that describes caring and that’s Kelley and Dr. Padgett ! Good-natured, polite, kind and gracious comes to mind and I, for one, am so grateful that I have them as my dental care team!

Dr. Padgett is absolutely amazing and so is her staff. She is very patient centric and is very passionate about her work. I’m so glad I found her since moving to the area.

Also. Like me, she is a cancer survivor and pays very close attention to your overall health.

Greeted with smiles by all. Asked if I needed anything. Brought into the room, right on time. Dr Padgett came in asked questions about my visit. Determined that I needed a tooth filling. Due to my physical health, she could not do it then. I required meds. Set new date for procedure, and out within 45 minutes.

Today was my first visit at Flat Creek Family Dentistry and it was such a great experience. My hygienist Kelley was beyond wonderful. I am a high anxiety dental patient and she was calm, gentle and very understanding. I highly recommend her for other patients that get concerned about going to the dentist. Thank you, Kelley!

I have been going to this office for years. I have been going for at least 6 years or more. I appreciate the continuity of care by having the same hygienist and the same dentist at every visit. Also, they remember you and anything that you have going on. I have a new hygienist La’Kecia. I do not like the dentist because besides feeling my skin crawl with the scraping it’s the gum pokes!! There have been NO gun pokes with La’Kecia. It has to be an art form. She’s gentle, knowledgeable and she seems caring. The rest of the staff is also great. I’ve had dental work like fillings, extractions, repairs and they made me nifty night and day guards. The work is GREAT and everytime they tell me to do this or that to my teeth it has paid off. I 100% recommend for the entire family!

I was in the the first time today with 2 veneers that had come off. Everyone was wonderful, helpful and Dr Illig had me fixed up quickly. I’m lucky to have found such a great practice. I will be using them going forward.

Beautiful office. Plenty of choices of flavors for cleansing, polishing and tooth paste at the end. Everything that happened was explained to my 5 y/o so she was comfortable and confident. Great people.

On our most recent visit, both my girls (6, 8) were able to go back by themselves comfortably. This office is so great with kids!

Flat Creek Family Dentistry is awesome. After 36 years with the same Peachtree City dental practice I decided to find a dentist office that would file my Medicare Advantage insurance. My previous dental office made me pay the day of service and then I had to file for reimbursement from my insurance carrier. I love Flat Creek. Dr. Kim Burk is THE BEST and truly awesome! La'Kecia (hygienist) is the best I've ever experienced. The office folks are great and the office is very clean and spacious. I'm so happy I found Flat Creek Family Dentistry.

If ever I could say that a dentist appointment was enjoyable this would be the one! From start to finish, I felt welcomed and cared for. The Receptionist was warm and friendly. The dental assistant attended to my needs with a gentle hand and presence. Doctor Padgett gave me her full attention explaining each step along the way. It was evident that she was truly a caregiver as well as an expert in her field. I am new to Peachtree City and I’m so grateful that my dental needs are in good hands.
