I recently stayed at the condo, Rockin' Johnny and what an incredible stay it was! I will do my best to put into words, but you really have to experience yourself. I went for a show I wanted to see at Jannus Live. You are literally on your own balcony next to the stage! Great view, no lines, no people! I am posting some pics and a video for you to check out. The condo itself is top notch. Both bedrooms are stellar, bathrooms are beautiful, and the kitchen/living area is open allowing you to hang out with your guests in an inviting space. I cannot recommend enough. You are DOWNTOWN St Pete! You can walk to everything never needing a rental car. I will be back!

We stayed in the Boho Chic apartment. It was really cute and comfortable. Kosta goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. One of our favorite things about staying with Kosta is her book of recommendations. We were able to explore and experience different parts of glorious Pinellas County because of her thoughtfulness. I absolutely love how she takes care of each property and makes it warm and welcoming. Any time I go to the Gulf Coast of Florida, I’ll choose to stay with Kosta. Bonus this apt is dog friendly with safe areas to go walking.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at chickadee for a very extended period of time. Kosta and her team were the most attentive helpful hosts I have ever worked with. The apartment was exactly as photographed and described with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The bed is comfy, shower is fantastic, and had all the kitchen items you could need. The washer and dryer was great and best of all it was pet friendly The location was also perfect close to I-75 and not that far from the beach. I look forward to my next day at chickadee. Kosta and her crew are the best. If you’re looking for a place to stay or if you need management, she’s the best resource in Saint Pete. Her place are clean, well thawed out and beautiful. As a manager she knows what she’s doing, and has all the resources. She’s my favorite find so far since I’ve been in Florida.

Absolutely LOVE this place! I always want and expect things like: high end linens, mattresses, cleanliness and furnishings…even when I’m not at a resort. This place definitely has this vibe, despite being a smaller/renovated property. Each unit has been prepared to look beautiful, to maximize space and the upgrades have been done beautifully (especially the bathroom) The neighborhood is super quiet both day and night and I love how close I am to Publix, Target, Sprouts and restaurants!

Kosta Coast Vacations is a pleasure to work with. From acquiring a distressed asset, transforming it to a luxurious Vacation Rental, and managing our guests, we have only rave reviews for the superb team. Not only do I highly recommend them, but will confidently continue to partner with them.

We stayed at Blue Heron in Bradenton Florida. It was a perfect spot between family we were visiting. Kosta was very responsive to anything we asked/needed. Would definitely stay again

Let Me Start By Saying November 2023 Was My First Time Ever Booking An Airbnb!! I Stayed In One Airbnb In Miami, FL Before I Made It To Pinellas Park, FL!! I’ve Stayed With Costa A Total Of 5 Times In The Past Two Months, And During These Two Months I Had To Stay Somewhere Else Three Times, Because I Didn’t Extend My Stay In Enough Time Before All Of Her Units Were Booked Up!! So The Three Times I Had To Go Somewhere Else I Was Absolutely Miserable, Because Kosta’s Property Is Truly TOP TIER!! The Only Good Thing About Me Leaving And Coming Back So Many Times Was That I Had The Honor Of Experiencing Three Different Units At Her Property And All Three Of Them Felt Like HOME!! I Honestly Could’ve Stayed FOREVER!!! She Is Such An EXCEPTIONAL HOST And An Even More AMAZING PERSON!! She Takes Care Of Her Guests And Makes Sure They Have Everything They Need To Ensure They Have A Phenomenal Stay!! Another Thing I Want To Brag About That I Feel More People Should Include In Their Reviews And Hosts Should Include In Their Posting Is PARKING!! She Has A Private Parking Lot That Is SAFE For ANY CAR Numbered By Your Unit Number And Extra Visitor Spaces For Visitors!! I Think That Is So Important, Because On Some Listings They Say “Free Parking On Premises Or Street Parking” And It’s Not Always The Best Parking Conditions For ANY Car Much Less A Luxury Car!! So Kosta Is A SUPER HOST And Her PROPERTY Is The BEST Out There!! If I Ever Go Back To That Area And Need Lodging KOSTA COAST VACATION RENTALS Will ALWAYS BE MY CHOICE!!
