Curiouser Clothiers

Ok first of all, this place is meant to be kind of "fancy." I found the prices fair. Except for that one pair of $144 Mickey sweats. That price was a little out there if you ask me. BUT the cast members are friendly. I think they even have a little bit of a "fancy" tude to them. Which I did not mind. Seems that the perfume items may have a different cast member or a rep from the company. That cast member was so friendly that we left feeling like we knew her since we were kids. We spent a lot of money in here but the memories of shopping and interacting with the cast members was great.

Curioser Clothiers is a combination shop that combined the prior men's and women's shops into one shop when Enchanted Rose opened. We like it here. It has a good selection of both men's and women's gift or resort-style clothing, including some items Grand Floridian branded, along with non-Disney brands as well. They also sell some jewellry and watches etc. Not inexpensive but a good little shop to browse. We have made quite a few purchases here and never had an issue.

My husband and I shopped in all of the stores at the Grand Floridian. The cast members at Sandy Cove were all excellent! However, when my husband found a shirt at the Curiouser Clothiers that was not available in his size, the cast member let him know a new shipment would be in the next day (she was very friendly). The following day, the shipment had not arrived so my husband spoke with the two cast members working that day and they were unhelpful and quite rude. I went in later that day to inquire about ordering the shirt for him and was met with the same two cast members who were unhelpful and came across rude to me as well. My husband continued to check the store each morning for four days (as instructed by these same two cast members) - the shirt never arrived and by the final day, the same two cast members working in the store were no longer even acknowledging him. It was not what we expected with Disney customer service! Everyone is always so kind and helpful - these were the only cast members we interacted with who made us feel uncomfortable (and unfortunately my husband was never able to get the shirt). It would have been nice if the cast members would have offered a solution to ordering the shirt or giving some kind of indication on whether the shirt would be in or not.
